Had a plumbing emergency this morning, and OC Plumbing was my first and only call based on yelp reviews. They gave me a 2hr window appointment, but Diego showed up on the dot. He was able to diagnose the problem right away, and gave me a good price estimate. The work to get to the pipe was very tedious, but Diego was very patient and careful. He didnt take any short cuts, and did the work properly from start to finish. He was also very accomodating in answering all my questions and concerns, so i would highly recommend them.

Alex did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Quickly identified the problem and came up with a solution and a more importantly a reasonable price quote. We agreed on the details and he immediately started the work. He explained the details while performing the fix so that I know what went wrong and what we might do to avoid the same issue from happening too soon in the future. All my plumbing problems are solved nicely. Plus, he was very polite and fun to talk to. I would definitely hire him again if I ever need a plumber.

I have to say Diego was so quick and efficient and was able to make our garbage disposal work again in less than 5 minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and explained what was going on. He was super friendly and courteous. Plus he was at my house at the beginning of the time window I was given, which was very helpful for me to do other things now instead of wait for someone to come to my house. Use OC Plumbing. We used yelp to send out requests for quotes and Octivio sent us a quick reply.
My needs were not urgent, with only drip, drip, drip to our exterior pipes. We scheduled the apt for 2 days out.

The day of, received a message that Alex the technician, was on the way and was within the 2 hour window. Wjen he arrived, he provided options and costs. We found it to be very competitive. However, since he was already there and ready to work my gutt said ""go for it"", plus Alex just had that good vibe going.

Our job was a little complex as Alex had to redo shotty work from a prior company, galvanized pipes.. but he kept on working through. Then out of the blue, there was a change request.. home owner changed her mind.. and Alex flowed right on through and made the changes requested. I feel bad if he was late to his next apt. Not one complaint from Alex, he just kept working. I would give him a 10 if possible.

My favorite part of this entire experience, besides excellent craftsmanship, was the excellent communication with Alex, and together we discussed all options to make the customer happy. Happy, I am a happy happy customer!!.

OC Plumbing was very prompt with our request for a fix to our clogged kitchen sink. The technician Alex arrived within a couple hours. He was professional and courteous and explained the issue. (There was a lot of grease stuck in the drain pipe and some lemon skin was dumped in the garbage disposal the night before.)

Alex efficiently fixed the sink - pumped out the excess water and snaked the drain pipe - and put everything back in place. He wore shoe covers / took off his shoes before coming in and cleaned up after the job was done. He also gave us a 30-day guarantee if we used the sink properly (no more lemon skin down the drain!).

We didn't know a job done on an island sink costs more than normal sinks connected to the outer house wall. A suggestion to OC Plumbing would to be more clear in the initial quote for such differences.

Overall, we are happy that the sink got fixed so quickly.

Called OC plumbing when my house's main water line sprung a leak (at the meter). Alex was at my house within 2 hours of my contacting them, he said the job could be done in a couple of hours, he showed me the problem and offered a suggestion for how to fix it so that it would not happen again (seems the original contractor who built the house didn't make sure the connection to the water meter was ""straight"", thus there was stress on the line/connection. Great service, knowledgeable, and will get the job done.

Price was about what I expected but just didn't have the time to shop around. Nevertheless, the work done was very clean and thorough, I would certainly consider calling them again for other repairs.

OC Plumbing replaced our water heater. They were very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The water heater they installed was a high grade water heater and the install looks outstanding. I hate to say we blanked that we had home owner's insurance. Since they already worked with the insurance company I was able to have insurance pay for the replacement. I am happy they mentioned that. They seemed like a solid outfit and I'd use them again.
