I called OC Leak Detection after having two other companies out who couldn't locate my leak. I should have called OCLD first of course, but luckily the second plumber referred me to them, and they were aces from start to finish. They were able to get out to me quickly, and get to work. Jason worked quickly to find the source of the leak, and just as importantly, begin the drying/remediation to mitigate the moisture damage. I recommend Dana, Jason, and their team (including Malcolm and Niki) without reservation. What was a terrible leak affecting 50% of my condo was detected, and remediated quickly and professionally. I can't say enough about Jason, who was at my place four days, always punctual, polite, and with tremendous work ethic, and even after having to perform demolition on my drywall, cabinets, counters, etc., left the work area super clean, swept, mopped, and on the mend to let the drying equipment to do its work. If you have a leak or need plumbing work, these are the guys to call. I'm taking all the other plumbers out of my phonebook and only using OC Leak Detection going forward. Thank you Jason and Dana!

I called this company after finding them online. They work under different names depending on where their advertising is so it was difficult to find them to write this review. After hiring them to unclog a drain at a home I manage, I got on their schedule for 3:00 pm. They stated that they had a water emergency at another property and rescheduled the appointment for the following morning for between 8-10am with my tenant. When calling to confirm what time it looked like they would be arriving to do the work, we were informed that they would also not be making that appointment. As a result of this and the run around I got from their company in trying to find out what location and true name this company operates under so I could write a review, I emphatically state to avoid this company.

I cannot begin to share how wonderful Dana the owner of OC Leak detection when I felt I was having an out of body stress breakdown when our tenant flooded our home, we were devastated with the mess. Dana, Rocky, Chris and Brandon came in like the Indiana Jones team and just took over and calmed the whole situation. This is a god given craft, that under very difficult circumstances a company team can calm nerves and help the client over come the worst possible moment for their home. Now Dana and Rocky are doing a complete re pipe for us. I will be sure to add another shout out and take pictures and upload for you to see. I found OC Leak Detection through Yelp and I am very glad I did. Thanks fellow Yelpers for your great reviews. Chris came out today to check on a possible leak. It was really great working with him, he was very thorough and explained the process throughout. I eventually hired OC Leak Detection as well to replace some soaked drywall. I highly recommend these guys, they have excellent customer service. Thanks a bunch Chris! Addendum 7/31/18 High marks for OC Leak Detection. Chris was great to work with. After thoroughly checking for leaks last Friday, he came back later that evening around 7PM to set up some fans and a dehumidifier and a plastic barrier to make sure the affected area was isolated and began drying up. He also sprayed the areas which were beginning to grow mold. Chris went the extra mile when he came back and stayed later to make sure the mold would be stopped for the safety of my tenants. Chris came back today, Tuesday, to cut out the affected areas. Again, I was impressed with his attention to detail and cleanliness on the job site. Chris made sure to inspect every little area around the damage to make sure it was all clean and free of mold. At first I thought about doing this """"clean up"""" myself, but after seeing the amount of work and the attention to safety and detail Chris put in, I am glad I went with OC Leak Detection.

I called the company and the next day they had Chris out to give me an estimate and the following day provided service. He did a great job, was very prompt and Thorough. He went above and beyond to explain things to me and always communicated what was going on. I highly recommend Chris and OC leak! Very happy.

I thought I had a leak or water damage in my shower (had imagined a soft spot on my shower floor). Thank goodness I called OC Leak Detection and Jason was sent out. There was not a leak nor a soft spot and Jason did not take advantage of the situation by trying to sell me on a non-existent problem. I was pleasantly surprised! This made my week and I am still smiling when I think of the experience.

I needed a plumber ASAP. OC Leakage Detention was referred to me by Statefarm agent friend. I called and owner Dana answered my call. he was honest and said he couldnt come that day but sent someone at 8am the next morning. The work was very professional and clean. they used state of the art tools to identify where leak was coming from before breaking into any walls. they did water damage energency services damages. i previouly used another company the week before which did such a messy and terrible job. Nothing compared to OC leakage. i was so impressed and quite shocked at the difference in service. The owner is really nice and easy to work with and they work with your insurance. i will definitely recommend them and use them for future problems.

Other companies I called either didn't respond or would not schedule an appointment to fix my leaking pipe for several days. Jason and Rocky came to my house the day after I called (which was a Saturday) and got the job done for the quoted price, even after the job proved more complicated than originally thought.

I contacted them via phone and email, no response. I contacted via Yelp and had a quick response from a helpful guy who scheduled an appointment. My husband took the day off work so he could be home, and they never showed up. We contacted them when they didn't show up and several days later still have not received a response. Bummer because they seemed nice but now we will use someone else.
