I was very happy through Yelp reviews to find OC Leak Detection! Their representative, Chris was so very thorough and helpful with regards to explaining the possibilities ahead for us as we dealt with our exterior & slab leak. We decided after initial detection that he was the guy and OCLD was the company. He arrived on time, followed our leak through the maze of our older home and re-routed without making uneccesary openings. I would and will highly recommend their services. If I have need of their company again I would use them without hesitation.

Really pleased with the service and attention we received from OC Leak Detection this month. We had a plumbing leak in our kitchen and we were referred to Dana from a general contractor who highly recommended him. Chris , who works for OC Leak Detection came out quickly to both diagnose and stop the leak which prevented further damage. What a relief that was. It was a several day project as it involved a fan dry out . During that time we were serviced by both Dana and Chris. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. They did what they said they would in the time frame they said they would with smiles on their faces. Highly recommend using OC Leak Detection.

Chris Millot and Dominik Cigany deserve medals! They repaired a very difficult and tedious pool leak repair, without destroying a lot of the expensive structural concrete. They worked tirelessly in the extreme heat we have had in the recent weeks, and even worked as late as 8PM one day to try to hurry and meet a completion deadline. The repair was like a surgery. They had to locate the leak, then dig carefully through the concrete, taking care to get """"around"""" the culprit. Their attitudes were great. They were clearly exhausted, and challenged by this very difficult problem, but they solved it without complaint. They ran in to more hurdles than expected, and completely exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know. Great job!

I found OC Leak Detection through Yelp and I am very glad I did. Thanks fellow Yelpers for your great reviews. Chris came out today to check on a possible leak. It was really great working with him, he was very thorough and explained the process throughout. I eventually hired OC Leak Detection as well to replace some soaked drywall. I highly recommend these guys, they have excellent customer service. Thanks a bunch Chris! Addendum 7/31/18 High marks for OC Leak Detection. Chris was great to work with. After thoroughly checking for leaks last Friday, he came back later that evening around 7PM to set up some fans and a dehumidifier and a plastic barrier to make sure the affected area was isolated and began drying up. He also sprayed the areas which were beginning to grow mold. Chris went the extra mile when he came back and stayed later to make sure the mold would be stopped for the safety of my tenants. Chris came back today, Tuesday, to cut out the affected areas. Again, I was impressed with his attention to detail and cleanliness on the job site. Chris made sure to inspect every little area around the damage to make sure it was all clean and free of mold. At first I thought about doing this """"clean up"""" myself, but after seeing the amount of work and the attention to safety and detail Chris put in, I am glad I went with OC Leak Detection.

Could not have been happier with the service that we received from OC Leak Detection. We are in the process of buying a home in San Clemente and needed professionals to inspect prior leaks in the pool/spa to ensure there were no major issues. Chris was prompt in scheduling and thorough in evaluating the property. He even caught a crack in the spa that the general home inspecter had missed. Found OC detection after we discovered we had an underground leak outside our office building. We had called a couple of companies first who could not confirm the leak source, only that they wanted to dig up our driveway and search for it... Yikes! So we called and spoke with Rocky who came out same day. He was professional and got right to work troubleshooting our leak problem. He confirmed where the leak was coming from in about an hour. He and his team were professional, courteous and we felt like we were taken care of even though this type of leak was out of his scope of work. Nice job guys!

I cannot begin to share how wonderful Dana the owner of OC Leak detection when I felt I was having an out of body stress breakdown when our tenant flooded our home, we were devastated with the mess. Dana, Rocky, Chris and Brandon came in like the Indiana Jones team and just took over and calmed the whole situation. This is a god given craft, that under very difficult circumstances a company team can calm nerves and help the client over come the worst possible moment for their home. Now Dana and Rocky are doing a complete re pipe for us. I will be sure to add another shout out and take pictures and upload for you to see.
