We had our first slab leak in our home last Sunday. I called and Jason, Brandon & Tony were at my home the following day to diagnose, fix and offer me solutions in how to deal with the leak. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional in their approach. I'm now looking to redo the piping in my entire home. We are extremely grateful for the services Jason and Tony provided to help us resolve the slab leak issue. They are professional, courteous, and most importantly expert in detecting the source of leak, fix the issue, and making sure water damage does not cause problem in the house. Water were oozing out in our kitchen and in the yard outside the entrance. First time experience with a slab leak., Yelped right a way to find help, came across OC Leak Detection, really glad we did. It's 1:00PM in the afternoon, a nice lady Nikki answered the phone, told her we are having an emergency, is it there any chance they can send someone to find the source of problem the same day. On hold for a brief minute, being told 4:00PM is good. Tony showed up promptly with some really high tech equipments, listening device, heat reading device, etc. There is a piece of thermo imaging handheld machine works like something from the movies. Problem identified it's the hot water line going into the kitchen. Agreement is reached to the company quote, after some research we feel very lucky to find this company. Water turned off, 8:00AM next day is set to go. Tony and Jason showed up as promised. I had to go to work, family stayed. Came home in the afternoon, problem solved, hot water line rerouted, water damage taken care of, kitchen sealed off for drying. What more can I ask for! Jason and Tony are awesome, the quality of their work is top notch, and they cleaned up really well after completion. This company is awesome, it's employees are awesome. Thank you very much.

Contacted OC leak to help me figure where I had a leak or running water. I was so happy that they sent Jason Posada to help me out. He was very patient with me, explain in detail what he was doing at each testing station and just very friendly. Oh, and he figured out where the running water/leak was coming from. What a great company! I called one day and had a tech out ASAP to check out a leak at my house. The very nice lady who answered the phone got me scheduled right away. Jason Posada was the tech who showed up. He was at my house RIGHT at 8:00 AM when he said he would be, which was important to me because I had to get to work. He was professional and explained everything about the leak clearly and concisely. He gave me a solid estimate of work to be done and what would be needed to fix the leak and remediate the mold in my house. He came out the next day to do the remediation and once again was right on time. He finished promptly at 5:00. The leak was fixed, all the mold remediated, and you couldn't even tell he had been there. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are professional, quick, and affordable.
