On Sunday our toilet started to back up and simultaneously our shower drain as well.

I was able to call O'Bryan on Monday later morning and they had next day availability and said they would let me know if something became available later that day (which didn't happen but good to know they offered and tried to accommodate)

Reece and his partner arrived ahead of our scheduled time (with notice provided) and diligently and respectfully listened and investigated the situation. They thoroughly looked around the house for the least invasive entry points and started to work. After a few tries they were able to diagnose and remove the blockage on our line! Everything was looking great and I thought we were near the end but during the last round of checks the toilet started to overflow again.

So Reece and his partner went back to work; and started inspecting the toilet, reran their auger, even took the toilet apart to check the seal, and discovered a small tag had somehow choked off the toilet during the initial checks!

After about two hours of work they were able to fix everything and left our place in pristine order. If Reece is an indication of O'Bryan's character I'd hire them over and over.

We did not replace them yet. When we do, we will certainly use O'Bryan Plumbing. This review will be updated after the installation is complete.

I used the BBB rating of A+ and Yelp Reviews to select O'Byran plumbing. I am 67 years old and always want to get a great deal but more so I want a fair price and quality service. I got great work and both Reece and Mark were smart and worked hard. They knew how to communicate and took care in their work.
I had a lot of work done and much of the cost was related to cutting out dated pipes out and re-plumbing. Not a small job. 5 different projects that were all done well.
I do not do a lot of reviews but this company does it right.

I was able to buy my own fixtures and they installed them. They cleaned up and I would use them again. This was not a small job that they did in 8 hours.

After loss of hot water & a subsequent flood in the garage, we needed to find a good plumbing service fast. After seeing the positive reviews for O'Bryan Plumbing, I called them right away. I spoke to the kindest people at their office and they sent someone out as quickly as they could. We got an estimate and gave the go-ahead for a new water heater. Everything was fantastic! I will be definitely be going to them for future plumbing crises!

Seriously disappointed. I had scheduled services the previous week because of a gas leak. O'Bryan calls an hour before their scheduled service to reschedule for two days later. I had rearranged my work schedule to this appointment. I am very frustrated, but luckily I was able to schedule another plumber whose service appointment is actually cheaper, and is highly rated on Yelp.

We had them out to install three toilets. They put them all in with expertise and that was about 2 weeks ago and still working properly As an expert does. Everything was cleaned up before they left for us .

I am now getting them. again because I feel I can trust them for doing a fantastic job.

Our main toilet stopped up Monday afternoon. I called the company with whom we have a contract, but their next appointment was one week away! In the meantime, we couldn't use this bathroom without overflow. I called at least 5 plumbing companies and no one had openings until Wednesday. I found O'Bryan Plumbing through Yelp. They agreed to come out the next day, and they unstopped the toilet so now everything is working.
I was impressed with the manners of both plumbers, as well as their attention to cleanliness...they covered their shoes with booties and cleaned up the whole area before they left. I was SO relieved to have my bathroom back! I will call on them again for any plumbing issues.
