They are responsive and organized They don't charge a visit fee and will assess and think of best way to address your problem without charging you an arm and a leg. Bobby did a spectalular job in my home. I have had two other companies come out to see why we did not have a strong water stream out of our faucet in the tub and neither was able to identify or fix the issue. Bobby came out and looked at it and in 5 seconds said it was the filter. Access to the filter was difficult due to 30 years worth of corrosion so he had to remove tiles to replace the system. He did a great job and explained the process and why. Finally works like it did when we purchased the house new.
Bobby was insightful, confident and extremely polite and respectful.
I am only using O'Brian from now on.

Before I called O'Bryan Plumbing I called Plano city water.They were able to tell me if I had a water leak or not and if it was inside or outside
by looking at my water usage hx .They said I did not have a water leak inside for sure but my usage of outside water usage was very high which was probably due to my settings on the irrigation .when I checked, it showed it was set to go off 3 x a week at 4 am.we thought it was turned off .When O'Bryan Plumbing came and checked for leaks inside and outside, not knowing there was not a leak inside and only a small possibility of one outside, returned with a verdict that there was not one
inside but on the outside a valve needed to bed replaced. Just 2 days before I had a different Plumbing co. tell me there was a"99.9 % chance
there was a leak in the house under the slab and wanted to do an expensive test which of coarse I declined(this company has the word
"Green" in their name). Just to say there are dishonest companies out there too. O'Bryan company are very Honest but not cheap.The crew
are very professional.

The sweetest technicians, Ryan and Cameron came out to look at my parent's leaking shower faucet and basically said we just needed to replace the handle and didn't charge us anything for the service call! Prompt reliable service!

I own a salon, & salon sinks can be tricky but after three weeks with a sink with no water pressure when the hot water was turned on, & making appointments with other plumbers who never showed,
1. O'Bryan showed up when they said they would (my team wanted to applaud them when they arrived!)

3. ordered the part
4. immediately followed up when the part arrived
5. & got the job done!

Jeromy solved our issue & we're thankful for him & the team at O'Bryan, they are officially our "go to" guys for our plumbing needs.

I'll add, all team members of O'Bryan showed up looking professional in their matching overalls & behaved one a very professional & polite manner which was great as we were working on salon guests at the time,, gave us an estimate online, which streamlined the process, both Lydia & Amber who called us with updates were both equally professional & friendly!

My water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. They got a crew out that day to assess. We didn't know if our heater was still under warranty and they researched that for us and helped us minimize our out of pocket costs. They had us up and running 2 days later which was amazing considering we were working within a warranty challenge etc.

Paid 250 for maintenance on tankless water heater. Showed up on time and was professional.

Would recommend. They are on the higher side for certain services so I often alternate between another company depending on the type of service.
