These guys found and offered ways for me to save money on the install, (seems like usually your quotes go up), and left me options to economize. We just moved into a new house and had issues with our hot water heater and the kitchen faucet seemed loose... called Benjamin Franklin plumbers they came out for less than 5 mins told me the faucet needed to be replaced, charged me a trip fee of 6o dollars and left. Three days later a leak started under the sink and when I turned on the disposal for the first time it sounded like glass was in it...

Called several plumbers to get a same day appt with no luck until we called O'Brian s, they gave us an ETA and showed up right on time. Eddie and Ryan were very professional and handled all our plumbing issues, we will continue to use their services in the future!

We had 2 gas leaks, one in our attic caused by our roofer and one at the meter. The leak at the meter resulted in a complete shutoff of our gas which meant no hot water or stove/oven usage. It was 9 p.m. so we elected to wait till the morning to call a plumber. Called O'Bryan first thing in the morning and they were here within the hour. Repairman was knowledgeable and efficient. Both problems were fixed by noon. I can't speak to the price aspect as they were the first and only company we called, but I do not feel as though we were gouged. We wouldn't hesitate to use O'Bryan again and would certainly recommend them.
