Hate to pile on to the poor view column but much like the others here my interactions with Oasis was through service request placed with Old Republic. They came to the house a few times and every time it seemed like they were more worried about collecting their deductible and coming up with a reason they couldn't do the work. After this last visit I called Old Republic and asked them to put it in my record I didn't want this company to respond to any more of my service calls. I have little confidence that the technician represented their responsibility correctly to me nor do I think he represented my conditions correctly to Old Republic.

Its unfortunate that there are groups out there making a living with such a poor level of service. I tried to stress to Old Republic that as a customer I felt Oasis poor service was a direct reflection on Old Republic as well. I wish I had thought to check Yelp sooner, I know I would have saved myself some aggravation after their first visit to my house.

After several attempts to contact Oasis for a hot water heater repair, they never returned my call. They obviously don't need the business.
Had to give them a star or the review wouldn't post. No star!

I'm not sure is up with all of the other reviewers but I've had nothing but good service with Oasis. Maybe its the technician because I got Rocco once and I always request him. He's really nice, informative and does a solid job. We had out water heater blow out and Rocco showed up quickly to replace it. He noticed we had some other issue with the water heater exhaust hook up (it wasn't done correctly the first time) so he fixed that as well.
We had a leak in our closet and Rocco showed up just in the nick of time to cut out the drywall and fix up the plumbing nice and neat. No issues.
We had our water pressure value going out. It was making an awful sound everything water was used. It's a very specialized part which requires specialized gaskets but he had them and replaced it out. Even left me a few extra gaskets in case we need to replace it again in the future since they are impossible to get.
Rocco has always been super great and I'll continue to call him out if we have issues.

Zero is my ratting!!! This company is joke shouldn't even be working! Dosnt even know what they are doing! First of all are house insurcens send this guys out. I gave them a call worst attitude ever. They did come with in the hours he said he would when he got to my house he didn't even greet me or said hello just ask were the problem I showed him and let him walk around the property he told us we had a main line clogged and that we didn't have a main line clean out so he couldn't do nothing about it we had call some one els out didn't even last 10min in our house. THANK TO YOU GUYS ARE HOUSE WOOD FLOOR CARPET GOT DAMAGE! WE DESIED TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBERS AC PLUMBING this guys new what they were doing. They got here right away look around the property told us the same this as this guys. So the best option was to pull are toilets out and put the snake problem solved took him 20min! Something this guys could have told us or done put no desied to be lazy and say they could do the job left us with out water for 4days! Never calling them agen or recomending them! I would never let these guys in my driveway again. I have a home insurance by Cross Country who send these jokers out to replace my broken water heater.
The representative from Oasis (Scott) tried to take $750 from me in addition to getting fully replacement cost for a water heater and labor to replace my unit.
Basically, these jokers were looking to pocket almost 2K to replace a $650 heater which I ended purchasing and install myself.

There were no urgency whatsoever on from these guys, matter of fact, he didn't even suggest shutting down and draining the tank to prevent water damage. Instead,
he left and said the insurance company will contact me.

You guessed it.. another vote for ****ZERO STAR*****

I hardly ever post on yelp, but I almost always check out any contractor that comes to my house to do work, so when I had an issue with a pipe leaking in my guest bathroom I called my home warranty company for a plumber. I was set up with oasis plumbing, and quickly came to yelp to see if there had been any reviews. I quickly became concerned after seeing a couple bad reviews below. I almost called back my warranty company to change companies, but talked myself out of it, because I have always tried to be fair and non judgemental. I'm really glad I gave them a chance because I had an absolute positive experience with this company. They sent out a gentleman named Rocco, and he was on time, very polite, and explained everything to me about my plumbing leak. In fact, some of my work wasn't covered on my policy, and he gave me a very fair price. I feel bad that I almost changed companies because I took to heart a negative review. Again, my experience was 100% positive! and I felt it was important that I share this with any future customers....

Like everyone else who has reviewed Oasis, Old Republic sent these clowns out to our house to look at our shower which had less water pressure than the other showers in our home.

First Visit - Oasis arrives 2 hours ahead of their scheduled time and had the nerve to give us attitude on the phone for their mistake.

Second Visit- Scott, takes a part or two out of our shower, goes out to his truck, puts the part (either the same one or a new one) back in to the shower. He asserts that this repair/replacement should fix the problem. When he leaves, the shower no longer works. At all. His report to Old Republic is that the shower has a ""blockage"", denied /lied that he ever took anything from our shower, denied/lied that he replaced anything in the shower, and as a result, Old Republic denied our claim. Oasis and Old Republic refuse to acknowledge that by Scott's actions we are now in a worse off position than where we started.

Third Visit- Oasis scheduled another visit with Oasis since the shower does not work at all. Without even looking at the shower to confirm that the shower does not work, Scott gets on the phone with Old Republic, continues to lie about what he did/didn't do, and then takes off.

Three plumbers later.... All three plumbers agree that genius boy, Scott, clearly screwed something up. There is no blockage. Thanks to the three plumbers who reviewed Scott's ""work"", Old Republic now agrees that Oasis/Scott screwed up and they will allow us to use another plumber to do our repairs.

What kind of plumber could make the problem worse than what it was, and then refuses to put the item back to the way it was? I would never ever, ever, ever, ever trust Oasis with my plumbing needs, big or small. If you have Old Republic, I would specify that you do not want Oasis doing work at your home. Now to write a nasty review about Old Republic.....

Last guy to look at several pluming issue (water pressure, couple of leaking facets and garbage disputable) first he took less than five minutes told me that the problem with the water pressure is because of a galvanize and he need to pull a report and that old republic will contact me on Monday and I ask him what about the other stuff and he only told that it will be included on the report, call yesterday and basically the report that nothing is covered and that there where no leaks (he was for less than 5 min and barely ask my some questions).
And of course all this with a really bad attitude

Yelp, can we do zero star rating? If it's available, this company definitely deserves it!

Oasis plumber failed to identify the source of faucet leak, which was easily fixed by another plumber in 5 minutes. So what is the moral of this story? Stay away from this company!! Run, run, run, as fast as you can!

They never showed for an appointment I made with the 10 days ago. I took off work and drove 75 miles to meet them at our house that we will be renting out. They never called to cancel and after I'd waited 4 hours, 10 minutes before the end of the time frame they scheduled a man finally called and said their truck was down and he tried to call me last night to reschedule but that's an outright lie . I was waiting for a call so I had my phone with me every second. I will NEVER do business with a company of that caliber. They are a joke, They just cost me a days pay and wasted gasoline. Based on prior yelp review they seem to do this on a regular basis. Try R.S. Plumbing in Murrietta that's who I'm going to call. At least I know they are dependable and do the job right. I should have insisted on them but this Oasis plumbing was selected by my home warranty company Old Republic
