Got Oasis assigned to me through my home warranty and didn't expect such great co! Excellent service! Very professional, helpful, clean and quick! I compared his rate without iHome warranty vs another plumber quoting me for the exact same job and it was $165 less!!! Will use them even when I don't have the home warranty!!! Great experience!

Rocco is our go-to plumber. We called him out to investigate a wet concrete slab in a bedroom closet that shares a wall with a bathroom that is plumbed with a tub, toilet, and basin in the wall shared with the closet. Rocco spent a good bit of time analyzing the problem, checking for extra high water pressure, running the tub, toilet, and basin all together, looking for water stains in the closet carpet (which we'd ripped up and removed), and checking the soil grade of the exterior wall that was shared by the bathroom, closet and bedroom. Long story short it appeared the wet slab was the result of extraordinarily heavy rains and a mound of dirt that allowed water to pool right outside the closet wall. Removing the dam and allowing the water to flow away from the house foundation caused the closet floor to dry and, to date, has stayed dry.

Tried claiming a 10 minute job would take over an hour and tried charging EXTREMELY UNREASONABLE prices!!!! 10x then what it cost me to do it for FREE!!!

SO RUDE! The gate in our neighborhood didn't have their full name so they weren't on the list when they got there because this was booked through the home warranty company. So, instead of texting me, they just left, didn't say a word. They were supposed to text when they were 30 minutes out and they texted 7 minutes before the time window they gave. My wife left work and rushed home to be there.

When I texted them about being 45 minutes late, they said ""It's not our job to make sure we're on the list"". It was a totally rude and unprofessional experience. Obviously it's ""not their job"" to put their own name on the list, but it also doesn't help to be completely rude and unprofessional to customers.

It's dumb too because we always tip these vendors a ton and leave great reviews. This was a totally avoidable review if they had taken less than 2 seconds to send a text. I'd avoid these guys based upon that.

Tried to see if my sprinklers worked on a home I bought in February. The system was connect to my main water inlet through a gate valve that wouldn't shut all the way off And started leaking Needless to say I called HomeGuard to see about repair and they recommended Oasis.

I dealt exclusively with Rocco who is by far one of the best plumbers I've ever met. He was honest in what could be performed and quoted me a fair price. I later had a hot water heater installed and by far the best installation craftsmanship live ever seen. I'd def recommend this company for plumbing repair work. Thank you Rocco.

The owner likes to respond to reviews and say we should be leaving a review for the home insurance company - so I will preface this by saying that this review IS entirely about the service from the owner. While the home insurance company is not great either, that's no excuse for how rude, unprofessional and downright unpleasant this company acted.

The man was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. He was there for approximately 15 minutes and then proceeded to tell the home insurance company that my issue was a pre-existing condition (it wasn't, as I had told him and our inspection shows no record of it). So not only was he incredibly awful to work with, he also ensured this wasn't covered and we had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed (by another plumber who was lovely to work with thank goodness).

They came they day was supposed to was on time took less ti for them to replace the water heater everything is fine now have hot water was without hot water for 3 half week glad I ran into Rocco he was a great help would recommend them over and over again
