Company Overview

As a authorized and insured 4th generation family-run plumbing, heating, and fire protection service company, we have been serving our community since 1985. Our services include residential, commercial, educational, and industrial projects, including simple jobs to full build-outs, sewer cleaning, water heaters and gauges, natural gas, heating and water leaks, back flow device setups and inspections.

The business was started in 1926 by my late grandfather, Louis, alongside my late grandmother, Ida, from their home in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. My late father, Irwin, would come home from school, change into his work clothes, and assist my grandfather. He earned his license in 1961. I started working alongside my father at the age of 16 during summer breaks. At 19, I began working full-time, obtained my Oasis Plumbers license at 24, and assumed control of the company in 1987. I am now accompanied by my son, Brandon, who is preparing to be the fourth generation Master Plumber. We strive to make your plumbing aspirations a reality!

I was born in 1963 and entered the family business full-time at the age of 19. I completed my studies at The Mechanics Institute in 1983 and then attended Plumbers Local 1, where I graduated among the top 4 in 1988. I started a third program to get ready for my NYC Master Plumbers License, which I earned in 1992. I also obtained my NYC Fire Suppression License in 1995. After my late father, Irwin Friedman, died in 1998, I took over the business completely until 2012, when my son, Brandon Friedman, joined me to get ready for the fourth generation.
