Company Overview

Since 1985, we have been a certified and protected fourth generation family-owned plumbing, heating, and fire protection solutions provider. We provide home, corporate, organizational, and factory projects, ranging from minor repairs to entire projects, drain cleaning, hot water systems and meters, gas, heating and water leaks, backflow device installations and testing.

My late grandfather, Louis, founded the business with my late grandmother, Ida, in their home in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn in 1926. My late father, Irwin, would return from school, don his work attire, and work alongside my grandfather. In 1961, he obtained his license. At 16, I, Jay Friedman, started working with my father during the summer. I went full-time at 19, got my Oasis Plumbers license at 24, and took charge of the company in 1987. Now, I am joined by my son, Brandon, who is training to become the 4th generation Master Plumber. Our goal is to make your plumbing visions come true!

I was born in 1963 and entered the family business full-time at the age of 19. I completed my studies at The Mechanics Institute in 1983 and then attended Plumbers Local 1, where I graduated among the top 4 in 1988. I started a third program to get ready for my NYC Master Plumbers License, which I earned in 1992. I also obtained my NYC Fire Suppression License in 1995. Following the passing of my late father, Irwin Friedman, in 1998, I ran the business on my own until 2012, when my son, Brandon Friedman, came on board to prepare for the fourth generation.
