Amazing customer service. Hooray for Oasis!

We called Oasis after another company stood us up. Mitch from Oasis came out the next afternoon. He would have come sooner, but my schedule couldn't accommodate him until later in the day.

He worked quickly and efficiently. The pricing is VERY fair. I highly recommend Oasis if your AC dies in the middle of a heat wave, or in any weather for that matter.

My furnace went out during a cold snap in November. Mike walked me through my choices for a replacement. He alerted me to rebates that were available and the changes that will be requested by the government in 2013. Everything was as promised, install was smooth, the price came in lower than quoted and he was able to complete my install so I could take advantage of the rebates available at that time.
His team of technicians were the nicest I have ever had in my home. The follow up calls after install to make sure all was in order was another confirmation of their commitment to service.

I initially called Oasis heating because they had a lot of 5 star ratings. Their representative was friendly and stated it would cost $135 to inspect my furnace. Few minutes later I received a call back from Julian at Green Works LLC who offers the same service for $87. Initially, I did not want to cancel the appointment I made with Oasis so I called them back and asked what they would charge to inspect two of my furnaces. The lady did not know what they charge for that service. That seemed strange. She told me she would have to call the owner Mike and then he would call me. Mike never called me back. I looked closer at the content of their Yelp reviews and reviewers. I quickly realized that all of their Yelp reviews appear to be fabricated. Just look at each of the reviewer accounts, all reviewers provided like 3 reviews including the one for Oasis. Then they shared very insightful informaiton like this ""Mike at Oasis is great"". I called back to Oasis and cancelled my appointment. I had a great experience with Green Works. You can see my review on yelp.

I have a condo in Chicago where the air conditioning unit is on the roof. Long story short, I have had no fewer than 5 companies come and try and fix a leak over the last 3 years. Each company fills it up with freon but never actually fixes the problem. Mike, the owner of Oasis, was very thorough and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and answered all my questions. An appointment was set the next day (great, timely service considering it was over 100 degress out). The problem was finally fixed! Mike and his crew at Oasis did what numerous other companies couldn't. I wish I knew about them a few years ago. Now I won't use anyone else. Fast service, knowledgable people, honest and fair prices. What more could you ask for? Thanks, Mike!

Would definitely recommend Oasis. Mike was here on time; he explained what I should be looking for in my air conditioning unit in order for it to be running properly and gave me my options for fixing it. All in all, he was in and out in about a half hour and I am now sitting in a nicely air conditioned condo despite the 100 degree temp outside. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable.

Mike from Oasis is awesome! He saved me a ton of money. My A/C died and another company came out and told me it had a leak and was 14 years old and would be a couple thousand just to find the leak. Mike looked at it, ran the serial number, told me it was just over a year old, put refrigerant in and tada, I have cold air! Told me to call him beginning of next year and he would come back and see how it was doing. Oasis is definitly my new HVAC company. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased with Oasis Heating and Cooling and their products and service. Two years ago they installed a new heating and cooling system, and the work had to be coordinated with a landscaping/hardscaping project. It was very successful and we can see the result in our heating and cooling bills and in better heating and cooling performance.

Oasis sells high quality systems and install them properly, so there was no problem. This year Mike (mentioned in other reviews) came out and gave me advice on service frequency (much less than I had thought) and the importance of changing air filters and hosing off the AC unit. As always, he was friendly, professional, and helpful.

If every business we deal with were as efficient and customer-oriented as Oasis, it would be wonderful. They have my strongest recommendation.

I had the same experience as the other reviewers. On time, courteous, and even though he had to leave to get a part (my motor was broken and was quoted $900 to fix it by another person) he fixed it for HUNDREDS less in under 90 minutes. Super service!

Oasis is fantastic. Ethical, good work, friendly people. They have worked on the HVAC and hot water in our building for over 5 years. We have absolutely no complaints, and only accolades!

I have to agree with both reviewers. Service techicians are efficient and knowledgeable. Additionally, both times they have done work for me they arrived 5 minutes early, were extremely courteous, explained the issue and options to fix it. I would highly recommend them!!
