These guys are just Awesome! I highly recommend them. My AC died on me and I needed to find someone quickly. They don't give the 3-4 hour window, instead they tell you the exact time and show up on time. They are very thorough in their review and explain the options vs just charging you. They also provided maintenance tips.

Just bought a condo and needed an ASAP HVAC check before I closed. Best part: I needed that on the first 90-degree day of the year, when THOUSANDS of people across the city were calling AC repairmen to...repair their ACs.

So, I turned to Yelp. Oasis had amazing reviews, so I called them first. And, low and behold, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Woot! I wasn't excited to spend another $135 when I'd been forking out money left and right, but what can ya do?

It ended up being a great investment. Thankfully, my HVAC is working just fine, but the technician (forgive me, I can't remember his name now) was so patient with me and spent 30 minutes walking me through the ins and outs of the unit, teaching me everything I needed to know to keep that bad boy humming smoothly. This is my first home I've owned, so that information is invaluable.

I never felt they were bs-ing me, or trying to get me to pay for things I didn't need. They are beyond honest and helpful, and they have awesome customer service. And when you're a single woman living in a new house (and you know that it's CRYSTAL clear that you have no idea what you're doing), finding someone you can trust is not easy. But Oasis is the real deal. Will definitely be calling them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Needed emergency service on a Saturday. Found positive reviews and a website touting 24 hour emergency service. Called Saturday evening and was told there was no after hours emergency service and they could take a message for Monday. Not happy to find a well reviewed business that mis-represents the services they offer.

This company is professional, reliable and knowledgeable! Anise was our tech and he actually arrived early! And they don't give you a crazy five hour time window! You pick the time from what they offer you and they show up at that time! Imagine that. Oh yes and they offer you Saturday appointments! I will count on them for all my heating and cooling appointments.

Oasis was responsive, professional and quick to act! I had a leak relating to a discharge pipe in my A/C unit that needed fast attention. The woman receptionist who set-up my appointment was very friendly and professional, and moreover they gave me a set time for my appointment (12:30pm) - none of that 4 hour window stuff you get with other providers. Mike called shortly before my appt time to let me know he was en route, and did a wonderful job fixing our leak, and providing maintenance for both of our A/C units. I am a busy attorney and the last thing I want to deal with is unprofessional and untimely service providers. I have found my go-to HVAC team and won't use anyone else.

This is the 2nd time I have used Oasis for my HVAC maintenance. For this review I'm covering service for repairing an AC unit that wasn't producing cold air.

The service took 2 visits because it's not possible to add freon into a system when the temperature is too cold. Fair enough. For the first visit, the technician came on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He stated he needed to return when outdoor temperature was higher. We schedule a followup appointment on the spot.

For the 2nd visit, the office called me right before the schedule appointment to tell me the technician was running late. I'm glad they kept me informed, but overall the technician was 45 minutes late. Not too bad, and this is why I didn't give 5-stars. When the technician did arrive, he was tidy with his work, friendly, and gave me a discount on the service for being late. All very nice and reasonable.

I would definitely recommend them and will be them in the future. They rates are good and I feel they keep me informed if they are running late.

I just had Anise from Oasis out to look at my Air Conditioner which had been broken for over 2 weeks. I'd originally had another company (choice temp heating and cooling: http://www.yelp.com/biz/choice-temp-heating-and-cooling-chicago AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS) come out and look at my unit a week and a half ago. They told me I needed to have my coil removed and cleaned and that my unit was obviously clogged. Being naive, I believed what they said, paid them their $100 service fee and made plans for them to call and schedule an appointment later that day to complete the service. Man am I glad they completely stopped responding at that point and were impossible to get ahold of.

Anise was able to come within 2 days of booking the appointment (other companies were quoting me 2 weeks) and he immediately invalidated the claims made by Choice Temp. My coil was in perfect condition. It took him all of 10 minutes to figure out all I needed was more Freon and he had my unit back up and running perfectly in under 25 minutes. He also did it for a 3rd of the price I'd been quoted elsewhere.

Oasis' customer support was a walk in the park compared to some of the other companies I called, and Anise was one of the friendliest technicians I have ever worked with. I will be asking for him by name if we have any issues in the future. :)

These guys are great! I contacted them after reading all of the positive reviews on yelp. The technician was a super nice guy and did a very thorough job. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
