I know they are no longer at this address... but either way, these guys are great.

First off, I was scheduled for Monday and they knew I was concerned because of the impending rains... so they added weekend hours and called me to offer to come two days earlier!

It's supposed to rain again tonight, so any protection against El Nino is key!

Second, Richie and Parker went above and beyond and kept me within the time frame I requested. They helped dig out some roots, too and got the drains flowing again and were both decent, hard working and good guys.

Third, based on calling around, they seem to be on the lower end pricing-wise, which is obviously important.

I still may need to replace a section of the line (Ugh!) but at least now this drain is flowing. Thanks!!!

We had a really bad back up in our drain outside and called Oaks Drain first thing this morning. They fit us in within a few hours and were amazing. Ali showed up and was courteous and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and took care of our problem quick and efficiently. It was great customer service. I will definitely be using them again.

Had the horrible news of needing a new sewer line but Oaks Drain was so helpful and clear the entire time. They always come on time and everyone I had come to my house has been polite and helpful. When a problem came up after the line was done, they came right back out and fixed the problem. We highly recommend.

Had a clogged pipe and couldn't get a straight answer from other plumbing services that just wanted to quote a big job and not fix the actual problem. Keith was very knowledgable, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently. I hope I never have another plumbing issue again, but Oaks Drain Service is the first company I would call! I had Oaks Drain Service come out for a clog problem at my house in Thousand Oaks. The plumber Keith was very professional and after running a camera through my drain, came up with the problem quickly which he explained to me and showed me on the video. Fixing the problem was a fairly big job so the next day, he knocked it out quickly. The experience was professional, honest, and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Called to get an estimate for checking our sewer line since apparently there is a clog in our toilets. The guy that answered was SO rude. He said ""What do you want, I have 3 people waiting on hold"". I will never call this company and have no idea why all the good reviews. I am assuming they are writing their own reviews.

Our mainline was backed up, I called them and they were out here in 30 mins and it was cleared in less than 20. Thanks Parker. I'd recommend them for any drain block you might have.

Called them about 5pm on Monday with a clogged kitchen sink. They arrived as scheduled 8am next day, and were on their way, problem solved, 20 minutes later. The price was very reasonable, and they included a 30-day warranty. What more could you ask for?

They came out today to remove a piece of an electric razor that had fallen into the toilet and was clogging it. They described the possible outcomes and possible collateral damage that could occur over the phone before they came; I was given a best case scenario price and worst case scenario price. They were fast to dispatch someone (about an hour and a half after my call) and the problem was solved within 10 minutes after tech arrived. Excellent service and price was fair.
