I had Oaks Drain Service come out for a clog problem at my house in Thousand Oaks. The plumber Keith was very professional and after running a camera through my drain, came up with the problem quickly which he explained to me and showed me on the video. Fixing the problem was a fairly big job so the next day, he knocked it out quickly. The experience was professional, honest, and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Called to get an estimate for checking our sewer line since apparently there is a clog in our toilets. The guy that answered was SO rude. He said ""What do you want, I have 3 people waiting on hold"". I will never call this company and have no idea why all the good reviews. I am assuming they are writing their own reviews.

Our mainline was backed up, I called them and they were out here in 30 mins and it was cleared in less than 20. Thanks Parker. I'd recommend them for any drain block you might have.

Called them about 5pm on Monday with a clogged kitchen sink. They arrived as scheduled 8am next day, and were on their way, problem solved, 20 minutes later. The price was very reasonable, and they included a 30-day warranty. What more could you ask for?

They came out today to remove a piece of an electric razor that had fallen into the toilet and was clogging it. They described the possible outcomes and possible collateral damage that could occur over the phone before they came; I was given a best case scenario price and worst case scenario price. They were fast to dispatch someone (about an hour and a half after my call) and the problem was solved within 10 minutes after tech arrived. Excellent service and price was fair.

We don't have a lot of drain issues, but when something stops up, we call them. Over ten years, they've always shown up on time, been courteous & clean and accomplished the task promptly and thoroughly.

Worst experience ever. They said all the right things when I called to talk to them about our situation and also checked with other companies about our problem and felt that Oaks Drain had the equipment and technology to solve it. When they showed up to do the work, we showed them what we wanted done which was really just routine maintenance, they said no problem and that there is no real guarantee that the blockage would be cleared from the outside drains. We did have one slow running drain. If they felt that my property was one that could be problematic, they should have refused to start the job. Never did they provide anything in writing, have us sign a waiver to say ""We are not liable for any additional damage caused by our service and equipment"". Nor did I think that they would create a problem that we didn't have previously. Sure enough they started with one of our drains that we did not have a problem with, not sure why they started with this area. So not only did they not get our drains cleared, they did create a MAJOR problem with an area that was draining just fine. They completely backed it up and then told me that the only way to fix the problem is for us to create an access for them to get to and then they can come back. Apparently there were turns in the drainage pipes their equipment couldn't handle. They could see where it drains to the street and knew that the property had many turns based on the layout. They should have told me then, or whip out some paperwork to protect themselves and make us more aware that they may not be able to fix the problem. So they left me with a major situation to deal with along with the fact that they did not clean up, since they made a dirty mess around the drains on the deck left a muddy mess. What organization operates like this? The most unprofessional and rudest business I've ever worked with in my 25 years of being a homeowner. They had the nerve to come to my door with paperwork and a write up for the job and ask me for money while we were trying to figure out what the hell were we going to do now. The drains the plugged up were also tied into the pool overflow and also got dirt in the pool as an attempt to do their job. What a joke. We tried talking to the supervisor to express our concern, he didn't even offer to come over and look at the problems created, instead hung up on us and said he had enough. Wow, now that's good business - NOT.

Oaks Drain Service came out this morning to clear line from kitchen sink & washer. (have used once before and loved)Keith was on time, friendly, helpful. He was able to get clog cleared without any problems. Was very clean, left no mess. Price was extremely reasonable. So far they seem extremely trustworthy. I believe Bob is the owner, he was very nice on the phone. I have also talked with Greg who seems to be a gem, too. Give them a try. You can't go wrong!
