I am so glad I got a referral for this place. We had a drainage issue and upon home insurance plumbers, they said it will be 1500 to knock out cabinets to fix our issue. When I called oaks drain, they came during their scheduled time and looked at it initially and offered a simple solution which did not cost 1500. Keith was our guy and he was very polite and worked fast and professionally to fix the issue the following week. We were so thankful to have found this business! Thanks!

I call theses guys every time. Local company with honest plumbers who know what they are doing. They have a construction business too for larger jobs which we have used as well. Call Oaks Drain service before you call anyone else. You will not be disappointed.

I called them because we thought we had a drain issue. As it turns out the person that came out misdiagnosed the situation and now left with major water damage and lots of headache! This is my first negative review on yelp!

I believe Oaks Drain was bought out by Williams Brother Plumbing, so this review is for them. I waited for them to show up on a wed appointment after waiting 2 weeks (since every drain service was booked after the first big rain). I called to check if they were on time...turns out I was not on the schedule. BIG FAIL Joe ! Made a new appointment...then they called & asked if I could reschedule. This should have been a big warning sign. NO BID, NO CONTRACT, NO WARRANTY! Yes the last part I found out only after I paid them over $300 & was told to call a landscape service they recommend, since they couldn't locate the ""Access point"" for the blockage in my deck drains. I asked them to hydro jet every drain that I knew was clogged, but they would not. They said it wouldn't help. They started at the street and determined the blockage is it in one spot and trying to hydro jet the other clogged drains, wouldn't help. Seriously? If all the tributaries are blocked, then clearing as many pipes leading to the blockage is only logical! Attack the problem from all sides. They were being paid by the hour anyway, so why not attempt to clear every drain that is clogged leading up to the blockage? There were a lot of excuses given for not clearing the blockage. They said there's no code for putting in drains. I don't buy that; I had a reputable contractor build my pool & deck to code! They said drains are put in with hard ""right angles"". Is the hydro jet not flexible & powerful? I was told it could rip through tree roots at the correct PSI! They do have a camera they can use, but now the drains were full of water. When I asked what the landscape company would do differently, they said they would dig. Digging up my yard is not an option. If I needed digging I wouldn't call for a plumber to hydro jet in the first place! I called the office the next day to express my frustration & got the run around from the scheduler who admitted he's not a plumber, then he finally decides to put the owner on the phone who said he would have to talk to his crew & get back to me. I'm still waiting... I think a refund would be in order! Since when do you pay for services that were not completed ! ADVICE: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FIRST. EVERYTHING !

I know they are no longer at this address... but either way, these guys are great.

First off, I was scheduled for Monday and they knew I was concerned because of the impending rains... so they added weekend hours and called me to offer to come two days earlier!

It's supposed to rain again tonight, so any protection against El Nino is key!

Second, Richie and Parker went above and beyond and kept me within the time frame I requested. They helped dig out some roots, too and got the drains flowing again and were both decent, hard working and good guys.

Third, based on calling around, they seem to be on the lower end pricing-wise, which is obviously important.

I still may need to replace a section of the line (Ugh!) but at least now this drain is flowing. Thanks!!!

We had a really bad back up in our drain outside and called Oaks Drain first thing this morning. They fit us in within a few hours and were amazing. Ali showed up and was courteous and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and took care of our problem quick and efficiently. It was great customer service. I will definitely be using them again.

Had the horrible news of needing a new sewer line but Oaks Drain was so helpful and clear the entire time. They always come on time and everyone I had come to my house has been polite and helpful. When a problem came up after the line was done, they came right back out and fixed the problem. We highly recommend.

Had a clogged pipe and couldn't get a straight answer from other plumbing services that just wanted to quote a big job and not fix the actual problem. Keith was very knowledgable, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently. I hope I never have another plumbing issue again, but Oaks Drain Service is the first company I would call! Highly recommended!!!

I had Oaks Drain Service come out for a clog problem at my house in Thousand Oaks. The plumber Keith was very professional and after running a camera through my drain, came up with the problem quickly which he explained to me and showed me on the video. Fixing the problem was a fairly big job so the next day, he knocked it out quickly. The experience was professional, honest, and affordable. I would highly recommend them.
