Our kitchen drain was clogged and we were getting waste water into the kitchen. I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing (Oaks Drain Service) around 7:00 pm. Their answering service answered right away and took the message. Shortly after, I was contacted by one of the ladies at the plumbing center. She asked appropriate questions to assess urgency of our situation and let us know upfront what the emergency service call would cost ($160 which was very reasonable for the after-hour emergency call). She said the technician was at another job site and she would call in a few minutes to let us know about the wait time. She called 5 minutes later to let us know Tyler is the technician who is coming and he is about 40 minutes away. Tyler came sooner than expected; was very polite and professional and did a great job. It was a very difficult situation; but he took care of everything and fix it all. Tyler was also incredibly nice. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The service rep, Tyler, who came out to fix our kitchen drain on Sat Jan 4 was excellent. He explained what to expect and when the job was finished he described the problem and what was done to fix it. Based on his work, we are now very comfortable to call them back for any future needs.

I couldn't be happier! My kids flushed those ""flushable"" wipes down the toilet and they clogged in the main line. While the competition was going to charge me an arm and a leg, this company did not. 2 other companies, without even coming to my home first, said they would have to go on my roof or dig up my lawn. Alberto, who is the nicest honest guy, came here and just needed the snake to take care of the problem. He saved me a lot of money! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and they have earned my trust and business in the future.

This company is a pleasure to work with. We needed our sewer line replaced from the house all the way out to middle of the street. Romero came out and gave us a written estimate/invoice (good for a year) and we decided about 2 months later. The starting date was set up and we were informed all along the way as to the time frame and schedule. The crew (consisting of Jesse, Gavin, Doug, John and Gerry) were incredibly polite and very organized (thanks mainly to Jesse's management over the crew). At end of day, the area was always left clean and organized. They did not have to dig up the whole lawn, only an area with a fairly deep hole. The whole process, including waiting for permit inspectors only took 3.5 days. You can barely see now where the hole was. We couldn't be more pleased and HIGHLY recommend Oaks Drain Service for your plumbing/sewer needs. Also, nice discount was given since we decided to do the entire line from house out to street all at once...thank you!!

Had such a great experience! Tyler came to the house the same day I phoned in with a very backed up kitchen sink. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing! He also kept everything very clean while doing his job. All of the office ladies were exceptionally friendly and professional! Just had a clogged kitchen drain snaked by Tyler with T.O Plumbing and was very satisfied with his service of solving the problem for $145.00. I had another plumber from a home warranty service and he wanted $600.00 to fix the problem. He said we needed a new clean out line which was not necessary. I called our HOA management company and they sent out Tyler Pace with T.O. Plumbing. We were very impressed with this young man with the neatness of his appearance, and how careful he was in using the snake. His cleanup after he was finished was perfect.
