Surprising - 100% great experience.
Woke up and my kitchen sink was clogged.... UGH Called Oakland RnP at 8:30am, a very nice woman said they could have Spencer and Samuel come between 9 -11, today! Showed up at 9:20, were friendly, respectful, masked and bootied up, came in, put down protection for the floor, removed and cleaned the p-trap, snaked it and were able to clear the clog from the drain. Cleaned up like they were never here. They were great. They noticed the low water pressure in the house and I said YES! I hate it, is there a way to fix that, without redoing the pipes (eek).They checked the pressure regulator and showed me how it wouldn't 'adjust' correctly. I said, put me on the list if you get a time to replace this. They called at 4 pm and asked if I would like them to come replace the pressure regulator today, and I said YES! They showed up at 4:30, were done by 5:30 and WOW like night and day. Best service, reasonable prices and helpful friendly people. I'll be calling them if I ever need any other plumbing needs.

We have had a slow running shower drain for a few months and as of yesterday, it was leaving some standing water. I called Oakland Rooter and Plumbing to come out based on the great reviews, and if I am honest, also because of the ""$99 special"". (Recently retired senior.) They booked me an appointment for the next morning. They called the next morning and said that they were running ahead of schedule, and if it was alright with me, they could be there in about 10 minutes. Fine with me! When does that ever happen? Spencer and Sammy showed up shortly, and were very professional and courteous. They asked a few questions, and got straight to work on the drain, running a snake through to 25 feet. They showed me the hair clog (ugh) and commented on the low water pressure in the shower. They took a look at that too and cleared some debris. The drain is now running just fine and I couldn't be more pleased! If I need a plumber again, I will call and ask for them personally.Thank you Spencer and Sammy!

I've hired Oakland Rooter twice now and have had amazing experiences each time. The first time Jaime was very helpful and informative. Daniel and Juan came the second time and were also very courteous. They did their best to keep quiet and even gave me advice and tried to fix a couple other things I noticed after doing the job they originally came for. I've had nothing but good experiences and would recommend them to anyone.

Our sewer line backed up and we discovered it around 9 am Thursday. Oakland Rooter we're so responsive and came out around 11am the same day and snaked the line to unplug the line.

We now will have a camera analyze the condition of the pipe. The office staff were very responsive, flexible and actually nice. So often the office staff can be curt, inattentive and inpatient. Customer service with this firm is terrific.

Alberto was hardworking, knowledgeable and handled climbing down 3 flights of stairs to get to the sewer opening.

We highly recommend this fire fir any sewer, water or gas line work at reasonable costs.

I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a crew! Daniel and Juan were thoughtful about an approach to solving our sump problem. They came up with a comprehensive strategy to manage water from multiple points of entry in our basement. Their solution was efficient, competitively priced, and ultimately ended up in the best possible result. I'd gladly recommend them for any heavy plumbing work. Ignacio, the owner even came by at the start of the project to look over details. Being able to talk through solutions was really helpful and I really appreciate the time and hard work that they put into this project. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Jose M to save the day! When the alarm of my sewer pump went off, you can imagine my stress level going up. I called Oakland Rooter and they were quick to schedule time. Moreover, to ensure an speedy resolution, they scheduled Jose M, who install the pump 2 years ago. I'm glad they did. This review is long overdue. They did a repipe of my entire house and it was very smooth. They've some several jobs around the house including installing a new toilet and repairing a leaking sewer pipe. I appreciate their responsive service and care.
