On Saturday evening, I called PG&E to check for a potential gas leak in our oven. While the oven turned out to be fine, the technician discovered a gas leak in our gas line outside underground and had to shut off our natural gas. Sunday morning, Ygnacio answered our call. Thankfully! His team did an amazing job fixing the issue at a very reasonable price and promotly. We were so grateful that we wanted to give them a generous tip as much as we could.

We had a situation with one of the bathroom sinks draining very slowly. The vinegar/baking soda routine only went so far, so we called Oakland Rooter. They sent Jose out the same day to assess the problem. We thought that the pipes under the house had to be replaced, but it turned out that only the trap under the sink needed replacing. Jose came back a couple of days later and performed the repairs. He then snaked the line and now the sink runs perfectly, better than it ever has, really. All this for considerable less money than we thought we would spend. We're grateful for Jose and Oakland Router for solving a vexing problem so quickly and efficiently.

Very pleasant experience with Oakland Rooter & Plumbing. I called in the morning around 10am. I was scheduled service same day between 3pm - 5pm. Around 1:30pm I received a call from the technician (can't remember his name) that he's about 15 mins. away and if it was ok to come early or keep the later appt. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers and came inside. I showed him the slow drain in my bathtub. I quoted me a rate and started working. He was done in what seemed to be about 5 mins. He was professional, courteous, and fast. I will definitely give them a call if I need service again. Thanks to the other company I normally use that didn't call me back. I've found a new servicer.

I wanted to get this review out before I forgot. I had a sewage backup in the shower of my duplex's upper unit. It was the second time it happened in 6 months. I dumped a ton of draino into the drain both times, and the gross water receded both times.
Enrique arrived within the window I was told he would be there. He covered his feet and went to check out the drain. He then turned the shower on and checked to make sure the water was flowing out to the street. He said he didn't see anything wrong and whatever caused the problem seems to have gone away. He didn't charge me anything or try to perform unnecessary work. I appreciate that honesty and will certainly call Oakland Rooter & Plumbing for any issues in the future. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs service.

Daniel was courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Our garbage disposal unit stopped working and we had a handyman service look at it and tell us that it needed to be replaced. Then we called Oakland Rooter and Daniel took a look at it and found it was jammed. He unjambed it quickly, saving us a lot of money. I will definitely call Oakland Rooter again for our plumbing problems.
