My sump pump stopped working at the worst possible time. Roberto was the first one to respond to my inquiry, the first one to come thru my door, and the lowest estimate. He was very responsive throughout the process despite being crazy busy with all the rain we have had for the last week and a half, and came thru for us without delay. I am definitely going back to him for any future plumbing projects.

Roberto with Oakland Drain was very responsive. We had a sewer later clog on a Wednesday night and Roberto arranged to come inspect and give us an estimate first thing the next morning. The price was reasonable, and they had it completed quickly. Roberto also went through the effort to do a detailed inspection of our plumbing to give us some informed options to repair the issue and prevent us from having to repeatedly clear the old clay pipe. This was our fourth time dealing with similar issues, and of all the plumbers we have worked with, Oakland Drain provided the best service.

Roberto is awesome. I helped my mom call on a Sunday morning at 8:30am and Roberto was at her house by 9:30am. He was very nice on the phone and my brother said he was super nice in person. He unclogged the toilet and diagnose the problem. He also gave us advice on how to remedy the issue. I will definitely use him in the future.

Came earlier then promised for our plugged Sewer lateral. Worked under heavy rain. Stayed all day and after snake did not work dug the pipe, replaced some damaged sewer pipe part and did water jet cleaning of plugged area.

Roberto did a great job replacing the valve for my toilet water supply so I had him come out to look at my busted water heater too. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a few options to fix it. He scoured the east bay for the part and within a few hours my water heater was working good as new at a reasonable price.

He even corrected the toilet flange and wax ring on my toilet for free!

We had a broken pipe that was leaking water. Roberto immediately went to work and revealed the sprinkler valve from our main water line had broken. He replaced the valve and repaired the broken pipe. He was fast, made sure we still had water to the house, and very nice and thoughtful. Highly recommended!
