Roberto was a lifesaver tonight! I needed an emergency service when sewage started backing up through my shower drain around dinner time. I was so grateful that he was available to come after hours. He was very prompt and communicative. He explained exactly what the issues were and what it would need to be resolved. Despite it being an emergency service late at night his price was very fair! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

After calling several companies, Roberto said he would come to my home and check out my situation and could fix it the same day providing he had all the supplies with him!! Everyone else charged a fee to just come out! Four companies quoted $1750-19,000 to fix my gas leak! Roberto came out for free and then told me what it would cost to fix my ""gas leak"". Not only did he do what he said, he also was reasonably priced!! I now have my heat back and my hot water!! I am going to use him for all my future needs. His company does more than gas line repairs!!

I am so happy I found, Roberto from Oakland Drain Cleaning! He came to our rescue when all our toilets and showers were backing up and overflowing. Turned up in 15 minutes from receiving my request. One of his competitors told me they could not come for 3 days!! Not only is he super responsive, he turns up when he says he will and his pricing his very reasonable. We ended up securing him to do a bigger project after our first experience and have continued to be super happy with his team and the job overall. Provides photos of the progress and finished job, written estimates and receipts. Roberto is a lovely guy and we feel lucky to have discovered him. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

We found this Oakland Drain Cleaning company on yelp and used their service twice. Last year 2022 it was a drain pipe clean up. This time it is a sewer pipe clean up. What impressed my first is how quick they respond back and schedule the job quickly. Roberto was our main contact and get the job done both times. This time, Roberto first dropped by visited the property and had a brief diagnose. The next day, once we put the request of service, he got it done on same day. He explained the issue and root cause in details, sent us pictures and videos of it. The whole process was very smooth - He gave estimate in email, I approved, then he get it done. I only sent payment after the job is done. Price is also reasonable. It was done in a very professional way and he only do the repair needed. Very honest on doing business. Of course our drain clogged on Friday night so Saturday morning I called Oakland Drain Cleaning and they showed up early and ready to go. Price was reasonable considering it was last minute on the Weekend. I will definitely call them again.

We had our kitchen lines snaked by another company on Friday night. At that time, the other company determined that: 1) a 1940s era cast iron joint in our basement was corroded and leaking, and 2) another 1940s joint was corroded and about to start leaking. When the other company took their time with a bid, we sought help from Yelp. Roberto responded very quickly, arrived that night and determined the problems. He answered all of our many questions, gave us a great bid, and got to work on Saturday morning. We are very pleased with the work Roberto and his co-worker did. The work was done on time, in a very organized fashion, the communication was exceptional, and they were super respectful of our house. For each of the problems, Roberto showed us the issues (corroded pipes and joint), drew diagrams of his proposed solutions, and answered questions. Ultimately, they removed and replaced pipes in the kitchen and the basement, installed a more convenient clean out and, they fixed another issue (a corroded pipe and vent in the kitchen wall) and added a cap onto a vent on the roof within the estimated time, and for the original (very good) estimated price (even though Roberto had to go get additional materials). Plus, Roberto and his co-worker were super respectful of our house; they taped paper on the floors of our hardwood entry and hallway, and put socks on their shoes to avoid damaging the floors, and did a great job of cleaning up. Plus, Roberto will be coming back on Monday to bring the cap for the vent. We are very impressed, and if other problems arise or we renovate the house, we will use Roberto again!!

Roberto came out and after explaining the issue he was able to troubleshoot the problem and cleaned out the drains. Now I don't need to worry about them backing up this winter

I've been avoiding for a long time a slow draining sink. Finally, it got to the point where I had to call in a professional. Not only did he unclog a major clog that was 40-50 feet within the system, he showed me on the camera where the various drain lines meet up and how the water was flowing, so that it assured there were no blockages. That was super helpful and gave me some peace of mind that this won't be clogging again any time soon.
