Called Roberto. He replied via text saying he was busy and would call when he could. Shortly thereafter he called back. He arranged to come to house within an hour - he then took about 20 mins to isolate the problem. With that he explained his diagnosis, gave a quote to fix it. I agreed to the reasonable quote then he quickly fixed it.

All in all excellent service - especially for plumbing. I have had many who charge to come to the home then give a quote. Here he came and gave a free estimate and then proceeded to do excellent quick work. Thank you Roberto!!

I called Oakland Drain Cleaning and spoke with Roberto. Roberto told me he would come by that day at 6pm and never showed up. I had a pipe that was leaking and needed to be serviced. I depended on this plumber since he gave me his word. Communication was not good. I tried another attempt to schedule with Roberto which did not work, he told me that he had an important job to finish and he did not have time. From my experience I am giving Roberto 1 star for bad customer service, lack of good communication and dishonesty.

Roberto was amazing! He returned my call right away and came by the next day. We moved into our house a few months ago and didn't know where pipes went to or where crawl spaces were. No problem! He explored outside and under our house- no easy task as we're on a big hill. He was able to fix our clog and to even show me the inside of the pipes with his awesome camera. I'd call him again in a second!!

This is the 2nd time I used Oakland Drain Cleaning and similar to the first time, they were very prompt, reasonably priced, did great cleanup, were respectful of indoors (wearing booties), and overall just worked really hard and put in an 11 hour day on their 2nd day there to complete the job! Roberto is quick to respond to any inquiries and I was super pleased once again! Him and his team have my recommendation!! They were also very quiet (apart from sawing pipes) and I was able to work at home while they did their work!!!

We had a clog in our kitchen sink. Another plumber came out and was unable to clear the blockage. The other plumber quoted us a large amount to come back and try to flush out the pipes, but said it was a temporary solution because we needed to replace a pipe that had been incorrectly installed during our remodel. We called Roberto, and he was willing to come out the next morning. He agreed that we needed to replace the pipe and was able to do it on the spot for a reasonable price. We ended up spending less to solve the problem than the temporary fix suggested by another company. I would not hesistate to recommend Oakland Drain Cleaning or use them again.

Roberto is reliable and easy to communicate. He responded to my Yelp estimate request and later showed up on time. The blockage in the sewer line under my house proved to be difficult to get too from the cleanout in the back of the house but Roberto worked very hard and was able to clear it. After cleaning the sewer line, he inspected the line with his camera and showed me the problematic old cast iron line but fortunately my sewer lateral was in good shape. I will definitely use his company again if there is a need.

Roberto was a pleasure to work with. He came out to my house on a Sunday, reviewed the work I needed done, gave me an estimate, and ended up working most of the day. The job was a real challenge, but Roberto had many good ideas and worked very hard to make sure it was completed properly. He needed more parts, so he picked them up and came back the next morning to finish the job. Roberto finished the job to my satisfaction and left the yard cleaner than it was before he arrived. I would absolutely use Oakland Drain Cleaning again in the future. Thanks, Roberto!
