I just wanted anyone out there to know that Oak Plumbing came to my rescue! They have great customer service beginning with Martina who was able to me quickly and kept in touch frequently and was very friendly and courteous. She was able to send the right man for the job. That man was Travis who was able to turn a very stressful situation in to a case closed in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Zac came in and listened to us. He investigated the problem and came up with several options to resolve the issue. He looked for the most cost effective way to address the issue and gave us several choices. He was professional and on task.

My husband and I are blessed to have found Oak Plumbing. We had called another plumber first, and he told us that if we didn't know the name of the faucet, we have to purchase another one, and he would come out and install it. We like the faucet that we have, we just needed the hose to the faucet wand to be replaced because the whole hose was leaking. Then I had a question for him, after I purchased another faucet, but he never responded that entire day, and we had an appointment with him to install the next day, so I cancelled the appointment. I started looking for another plumber. I called Oak Plumbing, because they had good reviews. They believe in good customer service. Martina answered the phone and set us up with Travis Ballard for the very next day, then she called me back and told me that he has an opening and could come out right away. I was so happy! Travis came out and immediately told me what faucet and model number I had. He gave me the number to call to get the part replacement sent to my house for free! I called Oak Plumbing when the part came in, but the part didn't look like what was on my faucet, so I was concerned about that. Martina had Travis call me, I sent him a picture of the part that came in, and he confirmed it was correct. We schedule the installation appointment for today, and Travis fixed it!!! I think it's working even better than the part he replaced when it was brand new! Travis and Martina are amazing, and now Oak Plumbing is the only plumbing company my husband and I will ever use from now on!

Called them last Saturday 9:30 AM for my clogged kitchen sink. They told me I am on the schedule from from 10-2PM. And Zachary just started a call and that we would be next. They did call to tell me Zachry would be about 45 minutes later at about 1:45. About 4:00 when I called they said his call became an emergency. But he is leaving right now and should be here in about an hour. At 5:30 when I called, a male voice was very rude and with a little anger in his voice told me that Zachary was supposed to have been on his way but is now leaving and should be here in an hour. That would be 6:30 pm. Now at 5:30 PM...................

I Googled local plumber near me, Mike answered, he was on his way home and could stop by to take a look in about 15 to 20 minutes.

I called Oak back to cancel. The same gruff male voice obviously knew my phone ID and answered, ""He is still there and will not make the appointment to fix my sink""

We all have good days and bad days. Oak even offered to get another one of their 12 plumbers over but it never happened. There was no I am sorry for my lousy non service.

I have never left a revue that was not positive and swore I never would. However, Oak Plumbing earned this review. Signed, a former potential good customer.

My wife and I recently had plumbing work done by Oak Plumbing. Our plumber, Travis Ballad, was the consummate professional. He arrived on time, wore protective covers on his shoes, politely introduced himself to my wife and to me. He asked what are needs were and listened carefully to our concerns, He explained what needed to be done and what the charge would be. We accepted his bid and he began to work. He patiently answered questions and was timely in his work. We were absolutely delighted with the service he provided and would without reservation, recommend this young man for any of your plumbing needs. His skill and pleasant demeanor are an asset to his company.

Oak plumbing had installed a water heater for us in 2017 and it started making a strange noise so I called and within an hour Luis showed up to check it out. Luckily the water heater was under warranty. While Luis was here he went under the house and checked all the pipes. He did find some leaking problems and was very thorough in explaining the problems, he even had pictures of the leaking pipes. He also recommended we get a filtration system to avoid pipe damage in the water heater. He showed up on time with another tech, Mike, the next day and began to replace the water heater and the damage pipes. These two techs were so considerate and nice. They kept us up on their progress and cleaned up after themselves. Oak plumbing these two techs were the best congratulations on having such great employees. I highly recommend your services to other people.

Travis just replaced our garbage disposal and was really great! He was exactly on time...no other plumber has ever been on time before. He was pleasant, extremely nice and helpful! It was done quickly and gave us a lot of information.
Martina was extremely helpful in setting up our appointment to answering questions and getting back to us quickly. We will definitely be using Oak plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. Great experience over all!

I just can't say enough about Oak Plumbing. From the person who scheduled our appointment to the man, Travis, who came out to fix our clogged up toilet everyone was great! There prices are reasonable and everyone was so happy to help us with our toilet misbehaving! I've called them twice and each time they were so kind and understanding.

They are great! Prompt and professional AF! Jah feeel However, Expensive AF! Jah feels? Diamonds Certified work ain't cheap, but...$1,000.00 to hook up a sink is CRAZ!!! I had all the parts already. It was literally $500.00 for 2 hours labor. The guy was cool, but he was not a surgeon for Christ sake! I spoke with a contractor friend and he said it was a 500.00 job max...SMH
