Matt Harris installed a new toilet for us today. Very efficient, knowledgeable and personable, plus he was great with my 4yr old and 2yr old who wanted to 'help' him with his work. It was our first time using Oak Plumbing, but won't be our last. What a great company!

They are incredibly expensive but so was everyone else. Damarus was professional, friendly and courteous. Didn't try to talk me into items I didn't need. In fact talked me out of a sink that I thought needed replacing. He will quoted me a few options and explained them in detail. Work was done fairly quick and looked a hell of a lot better than what I previously had.

I have been procrastinating for over flowing toilets and leaky pipes. Danny Jimenez was on site
next day, gave me a quot( liked that better than charge me per hour). Did excellent job for three new toilets and new pipes. Later minor leak happened and Chadwick sent Danny right away to
fix the leak. What a service. Danny is an efficient, pleasant and staff at oak plumbing are supportive , informative and very pleasant to talk to them.
they are my now and future plumber. Danny fix the additional leaky shower head-no charge.

We had a clogged sewer drain. They needed to come twice to fix it. I think the problem is fixed. We had some challenges with time slots but that is the business. What was most impressive is they took ownership of not getting the clog the first time and of not meeting their time slot. Very impressive. Technicians knew their trade. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very customer focused.

Incredibly responsive, and were available for non-emergency work the following day. Very professional too--email and text alerts letting me know where the technician was and when they would be arriving. The work was done quickly and with zero problems. Best of all the pricing is quoted after they look at your problem, without obligation to actually do the work....basically ensure that they will have to be fairly priced to earn the job. Also, very informative so I knew what my options were, and what each would cost I would absolutely use them again!

This company way over charges for the work done! The individual who performed the work, Stan, did a great job and great attitude but his hands are tied regarding pricing. I had some straps break on my 5"" waste line under my rental that caused 3 breaks in some 2"" connecting lines. The job was to re-strap the main line and fix the 3 broken connections. Original quote was $1,600 - after complaining they knocked it down to $1,250. The job took less than 4 hours and material cost was less than $100 for the ABS straps and fittings. Thus they are charging almost $300 per hour for labor!!! Outrageous - originally they were going to charge almost $400 per hour! Most companies charge time and material but they wouldn't! Beware!

From my experience they are capable but do tend to gouge you. They worked on a crawl space sump, did the proposed work but did not solve the problem. Their way of bidding is to quote from a catalog of costs, not by calculating the hours and materials. They then try to upgrade the project and find other problems to solve. As an example, they quoted over $700 to replace a pressure regulator. I did it in about 45 minutes, with modest material cost.

Matt from Oak plumbing was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He thoroughly evaluated my problem and gave me several options that I had for my slab leak. I would recommend calling them a if you have a leak in your house.

I would give 5 stars, but I have not yet had the work done. Yes, their estimate was on the high side (but not outrageous due to the complexity and what I believe their service to be worth). Of all the plumbers who came out, they seemed the most professional and knowledgeable. My case is very difficult (drainage, flooding, etc.) and some plumbers had even point blank refused to do the work or I never heard from them again. It was their experience and concern that sold me on them. They offered the first sign of hope for my poor drowning house.
