Analee And Julie H.The stove previous gas line was protruding from the wall preventing the stove to bud up against the wall. I called them as talked about my issue and the next day they came and took care of it. I wish I would have found them earlier.
Right now I am very happy with the job done. We will use them again for the water heater.
Company provided no estimate of charges in advance of coming out for a routine service. After completing part of the service they charged 3 times what is standard rate and did not perform other half of the service scheduled. Upon calling management about the issue they claim that every plumbing service provider has different overhead as a rationale for charging three times as much as validated by our home warranty company. Stay away, unethical business practices and unprofessional customer service.
Eric H.Joel came out. Immediately said I had an old water heater...around 2001. I bought the house in 2009 and installed the water heater many years after that. Uneducated, with a b.s. up sell. Very disappointing.
Harris was amazingly helpful during a difficult leak detection job. Really professional and clear about options
I usually do not write reviews, but I must this contractor. I needed a gas water heater, received bids, but since I needed it right away, I was forced to use Oak as they were able to install the next day. I knew their quote was high, $5300. It was an ordinary installation and installed the next day And it was working. However, the technician needed to come back and finish some work. I reviewed the invoice and found that he did not provide some items, like a new gas valve, grounding clamp, new earthquake straps and drip line. i ask him if I was to receive a credit for the items, he rudely said no, and would install them If I wanted them. He completed some of the items and left. A supervisor came by a few days later after I called and complained, and said he would send someone out to finish that week. Nobody showed, so I had to call again to get service. I complained again, and was told I would receive a call from the manager the next day, and I'm still waiting. I know I could have bought the tank for around $1000, so that means labor and parts were over $4300. I was willing to pay the price but also expected high service as well. Beware of Oak and make sure you get other bids and really review your invoice.
I called oak plumbing to check on a potential non visible leak. Jovan from Oak plumbing arrived on time. Appreciated Jovan walking me through the process and answering all my questions. He went above and beyond talking with the utility company since my inconsistent water readings are assumed to be a result of a faulty meter and not a leak. Jovan was highly knowledgeable, extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Jovan and Oak plumbing!
Ryan H.We love Oak Plumbing and the owner is a great local businessman. Travis Ballard came out to our home and was very professional and did a great job! He helped unclog one of our toilets. We have used them for other service too. Give them a call if you need quick and responsive help. Ryan Hill
Five star service. Zachary was terrific! Timely, communicated everything thoroughly & performed great work. The company texted me updates which I loved. Would definitely recommend.
We had a drip that had been bothering us for MONTHS and other plumbers quoted us thousands of dollars while barely examining the issue. Our technician was Travis and he put such thoroughness into his work and diagnosed what no one else had, I was so surprised by the reasonableness of his quote after what we'd been through with others. We will only be using Oak Plumbing from now on!
Dan H.Worst plumbing experience I ever had was with Oak Plumbing.
They send this guy Zachary to my home.
He was very rude from the moment he arrived at my door. I asked him couple of valid questions about the issue he either answered my questions in a very rude manner with an attitude or he would give me the silent treatment.
For a clogged toilet in master bedroom he suggested removing the toilet bowl and running camera in the pipes.
Then he showed me a blurry image and said there is a white toy stuck in there he charged me $644.00 for this and gave a price quote of $ 3000.00 for changing the pipes and leaving a whole in my ceiling that i have to then repair myself.
After that I called Mr. Rooter a vey nice gentleman by the name Jason came looked at the issue and after 10 minutes got to the root cause of problem.
There was no need for removing the toilet bowl and running camera in the pipes because there was a plastic bottle stuck in the toilet bowl itself.
Don't even think about hiring Oak Plumbing for your plumbing issues because clearly they have no clue about how to run a decent business.
That guy Zachary needs to get fired and Oak Plumbing should return my payment.
I will make sure that happens in the meantime stay away from this horrible business.
