I called Oak Plumbing and they made it so that I could see a plumber the very same day. My husband and I didn't know the name of the faucet fixture we have and Travis, the plumber, knew where to look. From there he gave me the name of the company I needed to call to order the part. None of this would have happened without Travis. I called the company and now the part is on the way. I want to thank Oak Plumbing and Travis for going above and beyond to help me.

Extremely overpriced, 3x more than other quotes. I can't agree more with customers with this concern. They attempted to upsell me more than i needed to fix a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the garage. I highly recommend you call for at least 2-3 other quotes to compare the difference.
Less than $20 to repair the leak from an honest plumber we were lucky to find. Another $50 to fix the repairs left from Oak plumbing when they put a hole in the garage ceiling to see the leak. Of course they would deduct that amount if we went with them which would have been thousands of dollars. Please do yourself a favor and make sure you get several quotes and do some research first. There are honest and good plumbers out there.

I had a slab leak in February that required all my downstairs plumbing to be rerouted into the walls. Not a fun situation, but I chose Oak Plumbing based off of their seemingly positive reviews. Massive mistake for a big job like this... Within the course of a week, I had 6 different guys in and out. Day 1, find the manifold. That took 2 guys 8 hours to do... and the only reason it was found was because in hour 7 a 3rd guy showed up with the proper equipment to find it. This was after about 10 holes were put in my walls looking for it. Day 2, 1 guy shows up to start cutting holes and putting in the new plumbing. Basically nothing got done because he didn't know what he was doing (never saw him again after day 2). Also keep in mind, I had NO WATER during the day and only 1 working bathroom at night for this whole week. I called the office to complain and was told 3 people would be by the next day. Day 3, lots of holes getting put in the walls, not much plumbing getting put in. Then another guy who hadn't even been there before shows up in the afternoon to tell me that this job that was meant to take 4 days is not going to go closer to 2 weeks. This was news to me! Called the office again, to complain... Day 4 & 5, FINALLY someone shows up that knew what he was doing and was able to direct the techs and get the job done. Once the work was completed I find out that they hadn't actually gotten the permit prior to the work starting... and then in order to sign off on the permit I had to call the city myself (even though oak said they would do handle it from start to finish) and when I got an inspector to come out, Oak didn't even show up to get the permit signed off. The inspector dealt with it himself but not really the point when you're told it would be handled by Oak. Two last things, I kept catching the techs not wearing their masks. I guess when I would go upstairs to work they would take them off. And when I would come down and find them not wearing their masks in my home, I would have to ask them to put them back on. Their company policy stated that they were to always have their masks on when inside someone's home... I wore mine the whole week. Lastly, they did not put anything to cover the floors in my bathroom assuming that my floors would be replaced even though I repeatedly told them that wasn't the case. Once I saw that they weren't covering the floors, it was too late and the floors had already been damaged. I had to have the floors in my entire downstairs replaced because of their negligence. I know this was long winded but I think it's important to show a large plumbing issue that didn't go smoothly. Communication and customer service were not great. Did the work get done? Yes. But it was a battle to get there. Maybe they're better at the smaller plumbing repairs but the management on a large scale project was not good.

I was given a credit of $200 for the service they have provided. My heart feels a little bit lighter. Thank you for accomodating. Have a great day. Although I wish I got this quote at the first place so we have avoided these scenario. Thank you.

I recently had what I believed was a clogged drain, but it was much more. My house is about 30 years old and it essentially needed a complete drain pipe update. Matt and Zach got right to the troubleshooting and showed me what needed to be done. It was a big job, done perfectly. In the process of troubleshooting, they noticed a water and repaired that. I saved at least $80.00 in the first month. Highly recommended!

I was experiencing issues with my tankless water heater, which I suspected were caused by a faulty ignition unit. I had even ordered some parts preemptively. However, the technician, along with his manager, concluded that I needed a full replacement and proceeded to quote me an excessive $5,500 to install a new unit (the most expensive model, of course). They even gave me some BS story about the orifices being clogged by spider webs.
Later that day a technician from another company diagnosed the problem as... wait for it... an issue with the ignition unit! In the end this technician charged me a $105 diagnostic fee and even spared me additional charges by telling me to just use the $30 part that I had ordered when they arrive. Curious I asked him for a rough estimate for him to replace and install a new unit: $3,200
I can't help but suspect that Oak Plumbing was trying to fleece me. $5,500 for what turned out to be a $135 repair. That's outrageous. And even if I had ended up needing a new unit, $2,300 more than the competition is downright fraud.
Oak Plumbing did not earn this job, nor will they win any work from me in the future. And I hope that I can spare others from being fleeced as well.

We invited this company because we needed to install the simplest kitchen sink water filter system. ... it is so simple, that many customers do it themselves. But we decided not to risk it and invite plumbers to do it. Work requires 20-30 minutes of work. Technician Zac N. who came to us turned out to be very good, attentive and it is evident that he is a fairly knowledgeable technician. But when he gave us an estimate, it just became scary - from which planet did this company fall? and what millionaires did it serve before us ...?
...it is not just expensive, it goes beyond all possible high prices....This company rates a 20 minute water filter installation at $ 1,000! And this is also with big discount!!! Thanks to Zac for giving us the price before starting work. I only recommend this business to those, who have a money printing press at home that doesn't just print money, but only 1,000 bills.
Good luck, Oak Plumbing!

Zac from Oak Plumbing was very punctual. He analyzed the situation and gave me good options.

I found this company through home advisor because I did not have a source of reference for a reliable plumbing company.
Oak Plumbing sent out Pedro who was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
The job was completed in a very efficient manner. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Zachary was courteous, professional, competent. He found a leak we didnt know about under the house. He also replaced a tap for the washing machine and fixed a problem with low pressure in the kitchen sink, quickly and with quality work. Would definitely use again and they'll be the first place to go next time we need a plumber.
