He spent an extra 15 minutes just answering my questions and teaching me about pipe draining after the work was done, and even gave recommendations on long term fixes we could do to keep our gutter pipe from blocking up and causing flooding around our driveway. Jared came to my house to remove an existing leaky 8"" widespread bathroom faucet and install a new one. Issues taking out the existing faucet made the job take significantly longer than he anticipated, but he stuck to the original quote without any complaint. In addition, without charging anything extra, he also went above and beyond to replace a broken pop-up in another sink. Thanks, Jared!
