Just moved to Brentwood and Oak Plumbing was recommended by Homeadvisor. Our technician Zac showed up right on time and was very professional and courteous. He knew what the problem was before even getting his tools out. This company is very safe and that is important as we have 2 small children and take covid-19 seriously. He offered us options and talked through the process in a thorough manner. I never felt pressure as if I were forced to make a decision. Highly recommend. Ask for Zachary Nolon! He's the man.

I highly recommend Jacob at Oak Plumbing. He quickly evaluated a suspected leak under our house and determined it was not water but another issue. He also repaired a duct that had come loose. Courteous, efficient, and skilled. Just the guy you want.

5 stars for many reasons. Travis was my technician who serviced my plumbing issues. He was respectful, listened, knowledgeable and truly went beyond. He noticed that my plumbing with galvanized and copper pipe mix, could be a potential issue, as well as suggested to look into my water pressure as well. I'm a new home owner and I really appreciated the extra feedback.
He also wrote a report up, so that I may pursue potential repairs now with my insurance company to avoid bigger issues in the future.

On Christmas Day our toilet broken (water would not stop running). Nate (the estimator) came out the next business day and to assess our needs and provided three different estimates depending on what we wanted to have fixed or replaced. Nate was on time, very professional, and clearly explained our choices. Ariel called the next day to follow up on the estimate that was emailed to us. We are pleased with the professional and prompt service we received. And I definitely recommend Oak Plumbing to others.
