They quickly replied on my weekend inquiry and showed up promptly on schedule. Turned out I did not have the gas heater knob opened all the way so it was a bit of an expensive lesson for me to double check the heater valve before calling for help! Thanks....KM

Crooks Crooks Crooks. I thought because of the good reviews they would be a good company but......NOPE! I fixed it myself for $500.....I had a issue with my a/c unit not cooling and they told me it was the cpu. OK over $500 later they replaced the cpu. The thing still wasn't cooling. They come back after I complained that I was frustrated because they never fixed the issue. Then he proceeds to tell me that I need a whole new system because its not fixable???? what??? then quotes me $12000 and I have 2 units. You mean to tell me I have to replace both units for $24000 are you out of your mind? is 20K just labor? because units do not cost that much. I decided to investigate the issue myself. I am by no means that handy, but you can clearly see that the capacitor with disconnected and it had blown. I contacted them and told them and they were like ""oh that must of been oversight""????? wow!!!! Im fuming at this point. I ended up going to the a/c parts store and buying the run capacitor, motor, and a fan blade. (only because it was rusted after 14yrs). I did all the work myself and I was able to enjoy my a/c this summer. 2 visits from a ""professional"" but it only took me one look over to see the issue. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY JUST STEAL MONEY AND NEVER FIX THE ISSUE. I HONESTLY SHOULD SUE TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

This place is awesome!! I'm so thankful for them! So our air conditioner broke and I have two babies here at home and a teen! Mix that together and we have a problem!!! So it was 85 degrees in our house and we were all sweating beyond! So I called and spoke to Sam. She was able to get someone here the next day! So sweet because I know they are busy. David P and Larry were the guys that came to my house. They were on time and got the job done quick so my babies, teen and I weren't dying in this heat! They also were so helpful in that they tried to fix something small first before something big ( so nice because we aren't ballin so yeah!) it really made me trust them!! Thank you guys all so much. Great customer service and so helpful and nice!

They gave me a quote for job. They appraised the project for $2500, the next day the price went up to $4700 for a very funny reason. I ended up hiring someone else to do the job, then job was done for $1500

This is the second time we've called Oak Hills Plumbing and Heating to do a job for us and we are more than happy with their work. The first time was to mount a garbage disposal after we had a new sink installed. They were on time, explained everything that needed to done , did the job and left the work area cleaner than when they started. The second time was to have a tankless water heater installed. Richard was on time, professional looking and took his time explaining everything to us. I tried to have the work area ready for him but there were a few things I hadn't counted on. There was a heavy shelving rack that needed to be moved, and me being 74 and just having had back surgery 2 weeks ago, Richard did what needed to be done without a complaint. Absolutely I will hire them again!

Our water heater went out and they were able to send out a technician promptly and he was able to request the service to be completed the same day; they arrived just a couple hours later and installed the new water heater!
We also requested a check-up on our AC and they had forgotten about it. We called the office and they got in contact with them and they turned right around to do the check-up.
Such good work a knowledge about multiple systems!

These guys are legit. I've actually called them out a few times for our commercial property. The first visit was for our mini split HVAC, which needed freon. Then recently, we had a water line clogged- which they resolved. Both times we called, a technician came same day! The maintenance techs were extremely professional, and personable. I was actually impressed by the whole service. Whether it's for an HVAC issue or a plumbing issue these guys GitrDone! The prices are quite competitive so no issue there. They also have some nice looking trucks- we appreciate the branding. We highly recommend for the high dessert and or Wrightwood area.

Came out when I thought they wouldn't, based on my short notice, the tech that came out was professional, confident, careful and clean. Oak Hills Pumbing charged me less than I expected. Fast, reliable and reasonable price for fixing heating unit. The igniter was bad and the part needed to be ordered. We were rescheduled for the end of the week on Friday, part came in early, we were contacted and repair was done that Thursday. We would definitely use this company again.
