These guys are legit. I've actually called them out a few times for our commercial property. The first visit was for our mini split HVAC, which needed freon. Then recently, we had a water line clogged- which they resolved. Both times we called, a technician came same day! The maintenance techs were extremely professional, and personable. I was actually impressed by the whole service. Whether it's for an HVAC issue or a plumbing issue these guys GitrDone! The prices are quite competitive so no issue there. They also have some nice looking trucks- we appreciate the branding. We highly recommend for the high dessert and or Wrightwood area.

Fast, reliable and reasonable price for fixing heating unit. The igniter was bad and the part needed to be ordered. We were rescheduled for the end of the week on Friday, part came in early, we were contacted and repair was done that Thursday. We would definitely use this company again.

I'd like to thank the two gentlemen that came out yesterday on behalf of Oak Hills Plumbing that fixed my bathroom fixture that wouldn't shut off.
To myself, it was considered an emergency because I had to shut my water off from the main water line outside and couldn't use it because of the leak. I called all over the High Desert looking for a plumber to come out to asset the matter and kept coming up dry, until I reached out to Oak Hills Plumbing. They immediately sent out two of their guy's who came and checked out the situation. Inspected the leak and thoroughly explained what the problem was from there I given a quote (which I accepted) and my leak was fixed shortly after. The techs were professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable of their trade. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

Had them replace shower 4 way, raise the shower head in the wall and replace all the angle stops in one of my bathrooms. When other plumbers ignored my message for an estimate or want to charge $100 just to give an estimate they were quick to respond and provided a free estimate same day. Would use them again for plumbing needs that are beyond diy.

Great and fast service. We had a bad water heater. They came Monday to check it out and give us a quote; they were at our place early Tuesday morning to replace it. They finished the job in under 3 hours and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with their work. We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues in our home.

Ps. I feel like I have to express how friendly and professional these men were. As a woman, it's hard to trust strange men in your home when dealing with things like this, but I felt totally comfortable.

This company has been amazing throughout the entire process of fixing our broken heater in my new mobile home. David and Agustin were friendly, prompt, and communicated everything with me. It was a relief that they were completely transparent and the costs were exactly as quoted.

I would highly recommend them as a quality company. I will definitely continue using them for future services.

UPDATE as of 4/15/2021: I was told that my air conditioner would be fixed twice during my initial visits. The day of the service, I asked about the air conditioner and was told they couldn't fix it. This was as the gentlemen were cleaning up for the day. I asked for quotes to repair the air and to water heater, still fully intending on working with the company. I assumed I may have misunderstood what the previous person had stated.

I later called the company and asked for the initial staff member who told me the air would be fixed to call me. Regrettably, I never heard from the gentleman I asked for a callback from. It's been over a week and I was promised a callback by the next morning. I even have allowed days between since I know they're extremely busy and I didn't want to inconvenience them.

I had another person come out to quote the cost to fix the AC. However, I learned that my coil had been completely cut from my unit. The air worked the year prior. So now I will have a higher cost to have someone fix it. I was quoted roughly $2,800 to fix the heater and air. The cost isn't the issue and I appreciate their help when my family needed heat. I saved for months to fix them both.

As a woman, I felt that I was deceived because I don't have expertise with the units. I even said I can sign but I don't know if it's actually completed.

What I will say is I'm disappointed. I didn't hear back from the person I asked to speak to, did not receive quotes as promised, and did not get my air fixed. I worked hard to save for both to be fixed and now I'll have to save again to get my air fixed. My children's father passed away and finances have been tough.

What I will now say in hindsight is that this company was nice, but get everything in writing. Also, women, I strongly recommend you have a second opinion so you're not confused about what is being said versus the work being done.

I'm extremely sad. I was so excited to have both done and tried to fix it the correct way. I just don't want other women to experience this.

We needed our heater and water heater taken a look at. Anisa from the office is fantastic! She communicates every step of the way, you even get a text message with a link that shows how far away the technician is and the exact time they will arrive. The technicians were thorough and explained everything in simple terms. I was sent a quote within 30 mins.
