We would like to thank Louie and his partner of Oahu Rooter for helping us out with our clogged tub. They came at exactly the time they said they were going to come and fixed the issue within 20-30 minutes. They were prompt, professional and honest without up-selling us on work we don't actually need. Told us what caused the problem via a camera mounted at the end of their scope and gave us advice on how we can prevent it from happening in the future. Last but not least, they charged a VERY reasonable price for the work done. We will be calling upon them to do our pipes when we remodel our house in the very near future. Highly recommended. If you have any kind of issue with your plumbing, don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

It was hard to find a good plumber for the job I had, none of the plumbers I worked with before wanted to install a pressure regulator. One plumber I called really wanted to do it but couldn't come on time (had a two hour window and blew it twice). Finally Oahu Rooter to the rescue, when they give you a meeting time they will come on time or early. They did a great job and their quote was accurate, we would recommend them and use them again in the future.

My family has had some awful experiences with other plumbers in the past; however, after using Oahu Rooter twice in the past couple of years (once two years ago for a clogged sink and once this week to clear our a shower line), I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff are very professional, their service is prompt (they showed up the exact minute that they said they were going to show up), and their pricing is reasonable. Note that they don't usually do after-hours calls so keep that in mind. Other than that caveat, I highly recommend them.

I called this company because another plumbing company had scheduled an appointment and then called half an hour to the time they were supposed to come to reschedule. I was waiting for 2 and a half hours already! Called Louie yesterday and promptly showed up on time this morning at 9am. He and his son are very professional, they did a great job and wore their masks the whole time. They also put glue on my drain pipes because it was leaking water at the joints. Will be using them again to hydro jet my pipes! I highly recommend this company, thanks guys!

Just used Oahu Rooter based on reviews. I had a suspected toilet wax ring leak. Toilet hadn't been reseated in 15 years. Louie and his son arrived promptly at 9 AM as scheduled. Evaluated, removed, cleaned, reseated, caulked, tested, cleaned up. All took exactly 1 hr., arrival to departure. Louie is very accommodating and pleasant. I expect to use him again.
