$182 for a shower valve cartridge change. The guys came on time and professional. They were Quick, and informative. they even had to run to the store to get the parts and they caulked some areas which I was thinking of doing myself after they finished but they read my mind. Living in an apartment building, I am restricted to doing things myself cuz I need licensed individuals/professionals to do it. Plus I don't want to make it worse if I broke something trying to do it myself because I own. So They recommend changing the shower valve in the future and let me know the steps to it. Good job guys!

I had called on several plumbers for a reoccurring issue. Correspondence with them was very easy. They were very clean and efficient. I had them remove an old toilet and install a new one. They picked up the new one no problem. Were up front. Used new items to attach, didn't reinstall old stuff. Highly recommend this family owned business!

Our toilet was leaking so my bf and I thought it was just the wax ring so we attempted to change it out. After the toilet bowl was removed we realized that the whole flange needed to be replaced. We called Oahu Rooter and explained the situation and that this was our only toilet. The gentleman seemed nice and explained he could only make it the following day in the morning. I told him that was fine and we confirmed the appointment. He even had my landlord call to give him permission. He confirmed he got permission then told me I would have to pay by cash only even though he told me check or cash before. So I said that's fine then within mins he tells me another job came up and that he couldn't come till Friday???? So now I already requested time off from work, I have no working toilet and now I need to find a new plumber. In my experience this was very unprofessional.

Outstanding, professional and quality service. We had a problem with the sewer line. When we did laundry, the downstairs toilet overflowed, made gurgling sounds then the water level dropped. I wanted a company that specialized in drain cleaning. Oahu Rooter had 5 Star reviews. The response time was within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. I had an appointment for the next day; however, Louis called on Monday and said that they wouldn't be able to make it but would come first thing in the morning the following day. I appreciated that he called when he knew that their current job would take longer than expected. Louis and his son used the sewer camera to inspect my sewer line. They showed me what was causing the problem. It was due to a foam cup that was probably put in the sewer line when my house was built in 1993. The bottom of the cup broke off and was stuck in the sewer line causing the blockage. The top of the cup was within their reach when they opened the sewer line cap. I could see the cup bottom, rocks and dirt in the sewer line. They used the sewer camera to push the cup bottom all the way out to the bigger sewer line as well as inspect the pipes for damage. They then used their hydro jetting machine to clean out the three sewer lines for my house. They also found some baby wipes caught on the pipe fittings near the main sewer line and advised not to flush those down the toilets. The price was reasonable and well worth it. They later sent a YouTube link to view the video they took of the sewer line.

Wow! What a great guy and super informative and very very friendly. Utilized the ""get a quote"" feature on YELP and Oahu Rooter was one of the first to reply - in fact they replied in minutes from my request. I answered the standard YELP questions and added some photos to help with the quote process - Oahu Rooter was definitely on it and properly quoted me. I needed this to get fixed sooner than later - trying to sell our place and need to please the buyer for a quicker sale. Unfortunately he's booked all week (which is awesome, means he's busy) - but instead of telling me he can't do it. He instead followed up with another plumber/handy man and their contact information. This company deserves 5 stars for their prompt and professional customer service! If I ever need some plumbing work - definitely give this company a look!

Our toilet at our office was starting to leak (and we only have one bathroom at my working place) so we needed someone to come out as soon as possible. Thankfully, we called Oahu Rooter and within an hour I had an appointment for the same day to fix the issue. They were really quick with fixing the issue. We initially thought it was just the wax sealant that had come off, but turns out all the gaskets in the tank were worn out. They replaced all the worn gasket for us for new ones and even had our wax seal redone. The price was not bad at all, they worked quickly and efficiently. Make sure to have check on handy. Unfortunately they currently do not take card, but luckily our office manager was in and was able to issue a check.

We were really in a bind. A last minute water pipe was burst and we had guest! Called these guys and they came out ASAP and accessed the situation throughly and come to find out we did not have a burst pipe but a leek that was going under the shower frame, and they gave us help excellent advise and a very fair deal! I used another plumber in the past but these are my ""New choice guys"" much Aloha Louie and Co. You will hear from me again! Just not too soon I hope
