I HIGHLY recommend NW Sewer & Drain. Spencer and his team saved my family over $20,000! We had a different plumbing company come out to clear our sewer line, that company declared our line was broken and that we needed to replace the entire line (upwards of $22,000). Thankfully our Realtor recommended NW Sewer and Drain for a 2nd opinion. Spencer and his team came out and jetted our line clear. It was not broken. I appreciate Spencer's communication, honesty and hard work. Without hesitation, I recommend NW Sewer and Drain.

Aaron came out promptly to fix a leak under my house. He spent 1 hour shopping for Pex and 1 hour fixing the leak. He charged me $150 for parts, $186 for a service call and $300 for the inconvenience of going under my house for a total of $700 (with tax), which he then discounted to $600. The cost of parts was about $20 to replace 3' of pipe. Aaron did not put the insulation back on the pipes when he was done, he just left it hanging.
I was surprised he charged a fee to go under the house. I called Spencer to politely ask about the bill. His response was aggressive, unpleasant and irritated. According to him, they don't make any money on small jobs like this and I should be grateful I got my leak fixed for $600.

I had a major sewer failure in a duplex rental. I was very happy with response time to do an initial evaluation and get a a temporary fix in place until the sewer line could be replaced.

We are incredibly pleased with the work performed by Spencer and his crew. We originally received a quote in 2017 and when finally ready to proceed with the work Spencer held the pricing. NW Sewer & Drain replaced our water line and sewer line. Spencer also suggested that we at a minimum replace the galvanized pipe from the front of the house where the new water line meets the house plumbing to our kitchen and laundry. We really appreciated the recommendation. I was really impressed with Spencer from day one and did not reach out to any of the previous companies even though one was cheaper for part of the work. Spencer gave us a detailed quote. Spencer and his team provided excellent customer service and we had quick answers for all of our questions. I highly recommend NW Sewer & Drain if you are having any issues.

Due to an agreement that resulted from mediation, I have had to delete my prior reviews of NW Sewer and Drain in exchange for $1000. The work previously reviewed, and performed by NW Sewer and Drain, cost $1500. The full repair to the work by NW Sewer and Drain, by a different company, cost $2500. In order to fulfill the requirement of the mediation, please consider this a positive review

I had a great experience with Spencer when he came out to inspect our Sewer line. I found him to be professional and trustworthy. He gave me good suggestions on how to maintain my line to prevent further backups and suggested other ways besides a full sewer line replacement to keep us going. Every one in the office I spoke to was also super helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their honest approach to business and would highly recommend them for sewer related issues!

Ryan came out to assess our drainage situation the other day (we'd been having water in our basement) and was extremely helpful and informative, providing good suggestions and advice. Although we didn't end up hiring NW Sewer & Drain (or anyone else) yet, Ryan called back a day or two later just to check and see how things were going, saying that he was thinking of us since it had been raining so hard. Now that's customer service!

Yesterday NW Sewer & Drain saved me $16,900!!!! Another sewer company said I needed $17,500 of repairs and wanted $8,000 up front before starting any work.
NW Sewer & Drain hydrojetted my sewer line yesterday and did an amazing job. On the video cam I was able to watch Spencer cut through one thick wall of roots after another. I was impressed by how the work requires a lot of determination, expertise and physical strength. He stuck with it for 4 1/2 hours to get the line completely clear, even though I had only paid for 2 hrs. My sewer line is now clean and in no need of repairs!
Spencer explained the purpose of everything he did and also taught me about the construction and problems of sewer lines, such as the different caliber of sewer lines and showed me on the video cam where in the sewer line my responsibility ends and the city begins.
Because of Spencer and NW Sewer & Drain, I had the best night's sleep in weeks! Thank you to Spencer and Jennifer, who was so friendly in helping me schedule an appointment.

We had a plumbing nightmare earlier this year due to roots growing into our sewer line. We worked with one of the region's larger plumbing companies but the problem not only wasn't solved to our satisfaction, it got worse and we feel like we were ""uphold"".
To finally repair the problem we turned to NW Sewer and Drain. The guys came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution, and repair the affected segment of pipe in a way that didn't require tearing up a lot of landscaping. They were prompt, polite, and professional, and when they were done you couldn't even tell they had been there. While we hope to never ever have a sewer or drain problem again, if we ever needed help they'd be the first on our list to call, and they should be the first on your list too (especially if you're ever ""freaking out"" over a sewer problem).

We had a major leak near our water meter, and had these guys come out to check it out and give us an estimate for repair. One of their selling points was the free estimate, whereas another company we had used before charged a trip fee just to come out, even if only for an estimate.
I had narrowed the leak to a specific area just on the other side of the pressure relief valve. The guy that came out was nice enough, but didn't really even get close to investigate. Then he explains to me, very convincingly, that they don't do spot repair, so they would need to replace the entire pipe from the meter to the house, as well as speculating as to what type of pipe we have based on the piping in the garage. It should *only* run about $4500. Obviously this is something we need to fix asap since we have NO water in the meantime. I told him, obviously, that wanted to just get second estimate before starting.
I figured that since we were looking at such a huge project, the $40 trip fee from the other company would be a justifiable investment for the second estimate. They were able to send someone out just a few hours later. They immediately got down in the dirt and started digging out the area by hand to get to the area I had pointed out for a better look. He actually turned the water on and off to check exactly where the problem was. He said it was a fairly easy fix and gave us an estimate for about $700, which at that point sounded like a bargain!
I had him go ahead and fix it right then and there. In a few hours we had running water and we're back in business! He was able to show me what the problem was... It was actually an incorrect gasket used at the junction of the pipe withe the PRV that was installed last year when they did a sewer expansion project down our street. Since he was able to determine the exact problem, we will most likely be getting reimbursed by the water company /contractor for the entire thing. So glad I waited for that second opinion before spending over $4k to dig up our yard for no reason!
