Edward was their rep that helped me and my fiancé' decide to go with Nuvia. Really showed us how big of a difference their filters clean the water and was kind in answering all of our questions. Also fast customer service and always willing to accommodate to the customers

Marketing practices were shady. Tried to sell me their system for $9500 dollars and throw in 10 yrs worth of soap. Called a manager and they were immediately willing to drop 2k off the price which means they're clearly not worth 9500 or even 7500. Please don't fall for the scam and don't finance 10 yrs worth of soap.

Same as all the other 1 star reviews - their marketing mailers are a scam. I received (for weeks) mailers saying final notice that I had a package on hold. When I called, they told me they were with my HOA and had a welcome package for me so I would schedule an appointment. They said they were sending someone to test the water to make sure it was up to HOA standards.

Our representative sat in his car for about 10 minutes smoking cigarettes before coming into our house and stinking up our kitchen while downstairs. This was particularly ironic given he spent an hour and a half telling us how many carcinogens were in our water and how our kids would lose IQ points.

When we told him how frustrated we were about how their marketing functioned, he said he had no idea that's how they were getting client leads. At the end of the hour and a half ordeal, he hits us with the $9500 bill for what he was selling - absolutely not.

I'm sure they have good systems but I have never felt so violated to have someone's company completely lie to us just to get into our home. I hope no one else falls prey to this scam.

Hector Favio Ovalle came to my house, explained the water system to me and how it can improve the longevity of my appliances and improve my health as well. He was courteous and professional. I've been using the system now for two months and I love how my clothes feel after laundry and the access to my own drinking water system.

Trying to scam you with a fake NOTICE OF PACKAGE ON HOLD notice! Beware of these shady companies! Once calling the number they offered a $50 gift card for letting people into our home.

Brandon came into our home to do the water tests and was very patience, he showed up during an online meeting that I had but waited until I was done. He ran all the tests, and explained in depth while doing the tests. We appreciated his time and patience!
