Ever get one of these? Well, the ""free gift"" is not a gift at all. No, Nuvia Water Technologies Inc. TM. Wants to come out to your house and ""personally deliver"" the gift card and test your water to solicit services. When you tell them you aren't interested, apparently that ""nullifies"" your ""gift"". When I mentioned that it seemed like false advertising, the rep said she was sorry to hear that. That's it.

So yeah, I recommend not doing business with someone who can't even honor a gift.

Received a paper in the mail for a 25.00 target gift card. Called the number and they said to receive that card they would send a tech out to test your water. Today he came to the house tested the water and we decided to pass on the offer so he gave us a 25.00 giftcard to restaurant.com ..ummm what happened to target? I looked at restaurant.com and there is nothing in my area. Not happy

Very sketchy marketing tactic and disrespectful representative. Like many of you, I received a notification in the mail stating, ""Notice of Package on Hold."" I assumed it was a notice from USPS. I call the number to figure out why I received the notice. When I called and found out it was in fact not USPS, I responded stating, ""So you aren't USPS and this is just advertisement?"" The representative immediately hung up on me.

The difference in our water is amazing. It tastes so much better. We drink a lot of water in our house so it is very important that we know it is safe to drink. It's also very eco friendly not having plastic bottle waste. Very happy with our purchase!

Like many others, I received the deceptive ""notice of package on hold."" I refuse to give them my business. I recommend a boycott by anyone who would give such a deceptive company their business.

After moving into our new home we received a couple of postcards - one of them posing as a post office notice that we had a package waiting to be delivered, and another that appeared to be from Walmart promising a $25 gift card as a ""welcome to the neighborhood!"" when you called a number. Surprisingly, both postcards had the same number on them to call and both led to Nuvia. While they're not the only company to use the promise of a gift to lure customers in, I find it highly distasteful and unethical that they would stoop so low as to pose as another company and even an agency of our federal government. We have been inundated with these types of mailings from them, as well as fake threatening ""final notices"" from the county, but every time I call to request we be taken off their mailing list the rep hangs up on me.

Halley has done a really great job of addressing my concerns and the lack of support I was experiencing before. All the issues I previously had have now been resolved and I'm looking forward to continuing to use this system for my entire house. The installation techs were very nice and explained everything. My family is happy with the quality of the water and my dogs are happy to sleep on beds washed in non-contaminated water. Thanks!

We purchased both the water softener and reverse osmosis system and so glad we did. We should have purchased this as soon as we moved to San Diego County many years ago. Water here is so bad. Now I know I am providing my family with safe and good quality water for not only drinking and cooking with but for taking our showers, washing our dishes, our clothes etc. I highly recommend Nuvia and Neil Levitt was awesome. Neil took the time to explain everything in very simple terms. He was able to get our systems installed within a few days and followed up after the install.

They knew their product, the price was reasonable, they installed the system on time, came back to make sure it was working, and the two employees who we dealt with were professional and could answer our questions. It's a shame they had a promo go bad on them, in reference to some of these less than stellar reviews, but it seems to me none of those complainants were interested in a water system, they were just upset they didn't get something for free or didn't like an attempt to get consumers to open their 'junk' mail. Who cares? The product is great, and the team in Corona did a great job of getting it into our home worry-free and within our budget.

After moving into a new home, we quickly realized that we had ""hard"" water by the way our hair and skin felt dry after showers and the build-up of calcium deposits around faucets and sinks. We were put in contact with Joe, our service representative for Nuvia, and he was able to expedite a visit to come to our home and test the water. Joe was very informative and educated us on the life-long benefits of Nuvia's soft water system that can contribute to better quality health, and also protection for our home plumbing. The installation was effortless (Nuvia had a contracted plumber for installation) and the system has an aesthetic appeal to add to the garage. Joe followed up with us promptly to ensure the installation was completed to our satisfaction and even came to our home after installation to retest the water. He was a pleasure to give our business to and we felt as if he had our best interests in mind at all points. So....a few days later, after having enjoyed the feel of soft water on my skin and hair, I give both Nuvia and Joe high accolades for our luxurious water!
