The water feels great and really helps my husband with his dry skin and acne, which is a plus. At times, the water does have a slippery texture, which I get it confused as I'm washing dishes. Not sure if it's soapy or just the water lol!

I personally am not a fan of the alkaline water, but the rest of my family enjoys it so, can't complain!

All the representatives were flexible with my schedule, which was appreciative since I had to reschedule multiple times. The installation was smooth and not much of a hassle.

I had my purified water softening system installed, along with the alkaline drinking water feature, and I am over-the-moon excited about it.

Joe, the salesman was very informative and to the point, which was great. Also, he was able to show me just how easily this system pays for itself, with realistic figures that helped me make my decision to take the plunge and sign up.

I wasn't able to be home for the installation, however my husband, who expects perfection may I add, was, and he spoke very highly of the young man who installed the system. I believe his name is George.

So far I have been even more impressed than I dreamed possible. The drinking water is exceptional and my ice cubes are clear even feel like they weigh less.

My laundry is cleaner and brighter, I don't use a dryer but the clothes are soft as if I used a fabric softener, and I hardly used any soap. Whites are whiter, blacks are darker.

My daughters hair is very damaged with split ends and dry. She barely used any shampoo when washing her hair, and usually will use both rinse out and leave in conditioners. She didn't even need any conditioner. Her hair looks absolutely beautiful as if she's had it cut. Absolutely amazing. Skin feels hydrated. We'll save enough on cleaners and personal hygiene items to make our payments!

Of course coffee tastes better. My vegetables taste better being cooked in great water. Dishes. Cutlery. Glasses. All shinier, feel smoother to the touch, the plastic stuff especially.

I could go on and on, but bottom line is that I believe this to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.

So I see all these reviews where people are really upset about the post card. I think the marketing is great! It got me to call and I immediately knew they were selling something and when I found out it was for water treatment I was SO happy as I am in the market right now. I just moved here to Oceanside and the water is HORRIBLE. I have an appointment in a few days and I know all about bad city water and have owned many water systems including RO at the kitchen sink. So good for them that they got me to call and I wasn't pissed off. No one wants telemarketers calling and sometimes direct mail doesn't work very well. Chill out people it took a few minutes out of your day. More people need to become aware of just how bad our city water is (not just in Oceanside but all over the US) and educate yourself and call this company back.

If the price is right I will purchase the whole house system from them, if not I will go to my original plan and purchase from another company. I refuse to shower and brush my teeth any longer with this horrible water. I was promised a Gift Card with no strings attached and they would ONLY be at my home for 45 mins. It should not take 3 hours like someone else mentioned. If it starts to go past 45 minutes they'll need to hurry it up.

It's been over a year since I've had Nuvia and I have no complaints. My entire family loves it. Not to mention my mother is going to install a Nuvia system in her home this week! The staff is great and the system is great! I definitely recommend anyone getting Nuvia installed!

Sent me a ""Notice of Package on Hold"". Called the number. Turned out it was Nuvia. The spam letter is carefully disguised to look like a post office notice. The company name or purpose was not displayed anywhere on the notice. This is a very inauthentic and invasive way to market and I object to this way of manipulating people into hearing your sales pitch

This is my 3rd house with a water softener system and RO drinking water.

My 2nd house had Nuvia as well which is why I'm a returning customer. Got the Nuvia PRO with Sumit Alkaline/RO drinking water system for 3.5 bathroom house. Gil (regional mgr) was did not have to make any aggressive sales pitch unlike other companies. Got a great price and install was perfect.

Be aware of this companies deceptive techniques for soliciting you to call in response to a Notice of Package on Hold. No where on the notice does it indicate that this is a mailer from Nuvia Water rather the company attempts to represent the Post Office or other delivery service by indicating that two attempts were made to deliver a package. When I called the 800 number as directed a representative of Nuvia stated that a package with a gift card would be sent to my by listening to their sales pitch. Pure and simple this is a SCAM. Very deceptive marketing practices.

Ive has to edit my review down to 1 star. What started out so promising has turned into a huge disappointment.
My husband and I feel that there was a lot of miscommunication and that our representative did not follow through on promises and then stopped responding to texts. His name was DelVon. He offered us an incentive to purchase but never followed through.
I finally went higher up to the company and they said they didn't even have that incentive available so I had to settle for something else.
Weeks after he stopped responding he finally texts me (addressing me by the completely wrong name) saying he dropped off the incentive he promised. But this of course was another lie.

0/10 would not do business with again.
Completely disappointed.
Also they will sell your loan to a credit union that will open an account for you. Just FYI.

I personally find it hilarious that all of the bad reviews on here are from people who did not purchase a system and many who have not even seen a demonstration, but simply perturbed by the companies marketing system. If you are that easily upset and frustrated by a piece of mail, then all I can say is ""it must really suck to be you"".

The irony of the water business is that once a person SEES and FEELS the difference of CLEAN water the majority of people will want a system - but getting in the door to give that demonstration is the hardest part - because we don't know what we don't know and we are to focused on all the pretty shiny things that we want.

Pure ,clean water is one of the most important things to our health. Not only drinking it but our bodies absorb toxins from even bathing in it. Unfortunately the majority of the population has no idea of what is ""allowed"" in our water or how it effects us. Average Americans are oblivious to the fact that IBS, Asthma and Eczema and a whole slew of other ailments are aggravated by showering in chloramine nor do they realize that hard water is what tears up their appliances, fades their clothes, is the constant source of soap scum, dry's out their skin and creates bad hair days and is what causes the need for the cocktail of hair products consumed.

Unfortunately the majority of Americans are ""sheep"" and assume that the government has their best interest in mind and that since their water is clear coming out of the faucet then it must be ""ok"" and for whatever reason just don't give it any thought. The average American is superficial and distracted by all the tangible items they can see and too focused on keeping up with the Jones's and purchasing the new gadgets, gizmos and latest fads that the thought of upgrading the quality of their water throughout their house never even crosses their mind.

I want to go on the record and state that I am in no way shape or form associated with Nuvia and I do not have their system. I do own a Culligan whole house system along with a Culligan RO that I paid close to 7000 for and never once have I ever felt that I overpaid - in fact I believe it is one of the best investments I have ever made- when we go out of town and have to shower in hard water I am reminded of how much I love my water at home. My personal belief is that every home needs a water system as well as an RO system - regardless of brand.

I would like for the public to understand that all this company is trying to do is get your attention and get in front of you so that they can educate you about your water - yes of course they would love to earn your business - but if they go out and do a demonstration for you and you don't purchase then they didn't make a dime - in fact the salesperson is out gas, time and tolls but you are left with information and are more educated then you were before - So what on earth is wrong with that?
