I wasn't expecting to be able to find anyone on a late Sunday afternoon after hours but NumberA One came through for me. I managed to blow out a fuse while installing a Nest Learning Thermostat even though I'd turned off all A/C and Heater breakers and was getting an error message about no power from the HVAC unit. The office was very efficient and managed to connect me to Tyler who was very responsive before arrival. He arrived promptly on time as promised and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was very efficient in troubleshooting the problem and had us up and running in no time. Very friendly and professional. 10/10! Highly recommended. Feel much cooler now! :)

Our AC broke in over 100 degree weather with a newborn on Labor Day. We immediately contacted NumberA One and Claudio came an hour before we were quoted (bonus he wore a mask in a million degree weather for Covid safety)! He fixed it immediately and was kind and compassionate. Thank you Claudio!!

My Parents (in their 80s) AC unit went out Labor Day weekend. I called a bunch of places and they personally answered the call and got someone out in 2 hours notice!! The tech, Claudio went up to the compressor on the roof and in 5 minutes I could feel cool air! This was done on Sunday and the temperature outside is suppose to be 107 today!!

Called these guys this morning because our garbage disposal shut off and was no longer working. Spoke with Dave on the phone. Dave then told me exactly what to do to get it to work. Actually taught me what to do vs just taking the call and sending someone.

I'm keeping my review real East Coast. Called 3 (Claiming to be 24/7) plumbing companies at 615am and only A1 picked up. Within 5 min was able to confirm dispatch of a plumber to repair our water main leak. Leo arrived, shut off the water main, and got to the assessment. He dug down to the problem. Tree roots cracked the pipe. Gave his estimate and repair started. I left for work
and returned to a dry front yard. A1 sent the A team. Thanks again Leo!

Leo said he was going to be there in 1 hr but arrived early. Most service people are late or no show. I had a water leak it was urgent and Leo showed up and fixed the leak perfectly. I will be referring the company to all my friends and neighbors!

if I could give Claudio 6 stars, I would. Our house AC was functioning poorly and calling last night, we got Claudio to come out on Sunday morning, He took us through all the issues, cleaned the evaporator coil, recharged the unit and checked everything the furnace. We will now sleep very comfortably tonight. Highly recommend these guys for excellent service!

Our Air Conditioning unit broke down, so I went online and looked for an Ac repair service. I called in for the service repairman to come out. Dave was the dispatcher. He was great, and he sent out the serviceman within two hours. The serviceman arrived & was very polite and professional. He went straight to my thermostat, ran a few tests, then he went to inspect my condenser unit. He found that I had a bad run capacitor. Since the unit was extremely old, he recommended a hard start kit which helps the compressor kick on and stay on. I did agree for the repair and the cost was extremely fair for the amount of work and the parts that I needed. He also gave me a 90-day warranty which is excellent. After doing the repairs, he turned on the unit and it started cooling within 10 minutes. I'm extremely happy I picked this service company. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
