I highly recommend this company! After 10 days with no heating and 3 failed attempts by our homeowners warranty to send a qualified technician to fix the issue, I found NumberA One Plumbing. Dave was able to schedule our service within 24 hours, and Tyler (our tech) fixed our heating within 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable, patient, and successfully resolved the problem. Look no further if you need great, reliable service. 10/10!

I would highly recommend A One. My wife and I noticed our water heater was leaking on Sunday morning, and we were frantically looking for someone to come look at the problem quickly. Dave was very responsive and called us back early Sunday morning, and he had a team led by Leo come out to our house within an hour or so. Leo immediately saw the problem (the tank had corroded internally and needed to be replaced) and explained/showed us how he knew that. His team came prepared and they were able to replace our tank during the same visit. They also took the time to look at an issue we were having with one of our toilets and double checked for leaks under the house. They did not leave a big mess for us to clean up and were happy to deal with all of our questions. We cannot say enough nice things, and we will definitely call them the next time we have a plumbing issue.

I was awoken in the middle of the night by water dripping from the ceiling and a big water bubble staring to grow in the dry wall. I waited until sunrise to inspect the rooftop of my townhome and discovered that my water heater was leaking. Water had already overflowed the lip of the pan. Immediately went to Yelp and started calling businesses listed. The first company I contacted said they didn't have any availability today (although they advertise 24/7) and couldn't recommend anyone else, contacted the second company who took my information and said the owner would call me back (still waiting for their call as I type this message). Contacted the third company who came highly recommended by friends but was located outside of the Valley and unfortunately didn't have a tech available same day. I then called A-1 and it was smooth sailing after that. I called the main number, they transferred me to the tech that handles my neighborhood. He answered and I shared my saga, he followed up additional questions, took my number and said he'd call me back in a few with an eta. He called back and said Leo would be at my house between 12pm and 2pm. Shortly their after I received a call from Leo, we discussed my needs, he asked the size of my heater, and said he'd be at my house by noon. Leo and Omar arrived promptly, checked the unit and confirmed my suspicions that the water heater needed to be replaced. Leo shared he had a unit in his truck that he could install same day and ensure the leak in my ceiling stopped and I could have hot water. From there Leo and Omar got to work, (and work is putting it lightly) as I live in a 4 story townhome and the water heater is on the roof (can we say roughly 60 steps from the street to the top). They exercised much care to ensure they didn't damage my stairs as they brought down the old unit and brought up the new unit. They vacuumed up the excess water and dried out the flooring, before proceeding with the install. Leo made sure to walk me through each step and how the install would take place. They made sure to clean up after themselves and wipe down the entire stairwell. I will admit that initially there was some sticker shock (which is common for a new homeowner), but after putting pen to paper and costing out the quality of parts, labor, and how quickly they were able to expedite the installation, it was merited. I recommend A1 plumbing and will be using them in the future (hopefully only for maintenance or pre-planned work ).

Dave and Tyler were incredibly helpful--A+ service! Dave answered the phone right away and he sent out this technician Tyler immediately. They were both very responsive. Tyler came to my home on a Friday afternoon and he was able to fix my air conditioning issue. I really appreciated his easy going and knowledgeable way about him. He was ready to do whatever it took to solve the issue (including getting on top of my two story roof). I am so happy with my service with A1 plumbing--I would definitely recommend and I look forward to using their services again in the future.

I wasn't expecting to be able to find anyone on a late Sunday afternoon after hours but NumberA One came through for me. I managed to blow out a fuse while installing a Nest Learning Thermostat even though I'd turned off all A/C and Heater breakers and was getting an error message about no power from the HVAC unit. The office was very efficient and managed to connect me to Tyler who was very responsive before arrival. He arrived promptly on time as promised and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was very efficient in troubleshooting the problem and had us up and running in no time. Very friendly and professional. 10/10! Highly recommended. Feel much cooler now! :)

Our AC broke in over 100 degree weather with a newborn on Labor Day. We immediately contacted NumberA One and Claudio came an hour before we were quoted (bonus he wore a mask in a million degree weather for Covid safety)! He fixed it immediately and was kind and compassionate. Thank you Claudio!!

My Parents (in their 80s) AC unit went out Labor Day weekend. I called a bunch of places and they personally answered the call and got someone out in 2 hours notice!! The tech, Claudio went up to the compressor on the roof and in 5 minutes I could feel cool air! This was done on Sunday and the temperature outside is suppose to be 107 today!!

Called these guys this morning because our garbage disposal shut off and was no longer working. Spoke with Dave on the phone. Dave then told me exactly what to do to get it to work. Actually taught me what to do vs just taking the call and sending someone.
