We had a lot problems with a Rheem a/c. #1 plumbing was persistent in trying to fix it and eventually worked with the manufacturer to completely replace the unit. Corey and Rick worked repeatedly to find the problem, and were excellent in their customer service.. My opinion was that Rheem was very poor in their tech support for the plumbers.

I am LIVID! I will NEVER call this company again! I'm 76 years old and in the past when I have called plunbers or AC repair they have looked at my unit and told me the cost of the repair Before doing anything. A nice young man arrived and was going on my roof to check it out, so I asked him if he would mind repacing a filter I had purchased as he was heading up there anyway,he said sure. After being up there fo awhile he told me he woul have to call a more knowledgeable man in the field. That nice guy arrived and said they had to buy a part, the part didn't fix anything. He then said it had a leak of freon or whatever coolent it is and it was very expensive per pound for this unit and advised me to buy a new unit for $7,500 to $10,000 I have no idea if this includes the install. I told them no thank you, i live on Social Security and just could not afford that. They then qouted me the cost of that day, Diognostics of the unit was$149 and the part that didn't fix a dang thing was $129, they left and said they would send a bill, I was shocked, like I said I have always been qouted a price before the repairand had no idea ther was a diagnostic charge! Never paid one befor! The bill arrived it was $402, Not only did they charge for the above work, they also charged for the guy to put in my filter and hose off the dirty unir, I could have done that myself! They did replace the capaciitor but it was useless! At this price i could have purchased a window unit!

I just bought a house that had HVAC systems installed and I called this company due to an odor that is getting progressively worse. This company was rude and told me there was nothing they could do and would not even come do a service call to make sure the unit they installed less than 3 months ago was working properly. I would NOT recommend this company for anything!!!

OMG! I can not believe this place. It's sunday and the wall switch to my swamp cooler is broken. It almost 100 degrees yesterday and I don't want to go through another hot day. It just needs to be replaced and the dude that I spoke with on the phone, Mike, said it would cost me $600 for them to come out and fix it! What a jerk. I will not ever recommend them or call them again.

Our expansion tank developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water onto and made a hole in our drywall, which hit the 2x4 behind it and guided the water up behind the ceiling drywall.

I turned off the water to the house and called a few plumbers the next day. Number One Plumbing responded right away and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. I sent the picture of our expansion tank and he said the plumbers would come out with the correct tank to replace ours with.

The plumbers, Scott and Scottie (no relation) came out on time and I received a text about 30 min before their arrival, just as I asked. They were courteous and professional. They took one look at our tank and said they didn't have the correct size. What they had was about half the size of what I needed. There was no mention of getting any picture from the scheduler. They ended up driving back to their supplier and came back with the correct size. This took about 50 min. Once they had the correct tank, the replacement was quick.

They turned the water back on and made sure there were no leaks before leaving.

Overall, the plumbers were excellent, made me feel at ease (I was home alone and live in a rural area) and were efficient. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the scheduler did not forward the picture of our tank to them so they could have brought the correct sized tank. I would definitely use them again, but will double check that whatever the scheduler says is actually done.

They showed up on 1/12/21 to give an estimate fora hvac system. He had to access the crawl space in our upstairs and in doing so dropped the cover down the crawl space which landed in the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom making a hole in our ceiling. The owner was made aware and did not contact us for repairs until I called the company multiple times. When the repair person finally came to fix our Sheetrock, I told him I thought I had the right paint color but I wasn't sure since it had not been opened since I moved in. When he painted the ceiling it was obviously the wrong color paint as my ceiling is white and the color was a dark yellow tan. he said he would call me to schedule a time to come back, he never called. I called the company two more times and the owner never reached out to fix the issue. Now I am left with an off colored yellow patch in my former perfect ceiling all due to this company not caring that this issue had happened because of them in the first place.

These guys were so awesome. I was tired of waiting for over a week for my warranty company to fix my plumbing so I called these guys. They were out in 2 hours and fixed my plumbing within 20 minutes. They were very reasonably priced and very customer orientated. Very clean and friendly and definately know what they are doing
