They showed up on 1/12/21 to give an estimate fora hvac system. He had to access the crawl space in our upstairs and in doing so dropped the cover down the crawl space which landed in the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom making a hole in our ceiling. The owner was made aware and did not contact us for repairs until I called the company multiple times. When the repair person finally came to fix our Sheetrock, I told him I thought I had the right paint color but I wasn't sure since it had not been opened since I moved in. When he painted the ceiling it was obviously the wrong color paint as my ceiling is white and the color was a dark yellow tan. he said he would call me to schedule a time to come back, he never called. I called the company two more times and the owner never reached out to fix the issue. Now I am left with an off colored yellow patch in my former perfect ceiling all due to this company not caring that this issue had happened because of them in the first place.

These guys were so awesome. I was tired of waiting for over a week for my warranty company to fix my plumbing so I called these guys. They were out in 2 hours and fixed my plumbing within 20 minutes. They were very reasonably priced and very customer orientated. Very clean and friendly and definately know what they are doing

Update: The company contacted me shortly after finding out that I had a problem with the difference between the estimate and cost of the service. They offered to correct the price of the service and said that the employee had corrected action. They could not comment on not using the parts that I provided, which is understanding because they do not have all the information about the parts provided and plumbing of the house.

The company followed up with me and made the cost correction. Thank you!

Our toilet was backed up so i called Number One Plumbing. My gosh they have a 4.9 rating on a couple of sites.

They sent a plumber who ran an auger in my toilet. Which did nothing. Then i let him know sometimes the plumbers i had before would run a thing into the clean outs outside. Well he did not have that equipment. My toilet was not fixed he left. I emailed the company. Not real happy. I asked that management call me back.

I received a call from David who was very nice and sent out another plumber. He ran that thing through the clean out towards the house. Walked into my bathroom turned on the sink and said the water is running fine in the sink and since its not backing up into your sink, its your toilet. Its old you need a new toilet.

Why didn't he run the water in the sink first before running that thing into the clean out towards the house? Why didn't he run that thing into the other clean out towards the street?

After speaking with David and explaining the situation. I do feel he is honest. I don't know if I just ended up with the wrong people or what happened but because of the way the situation was handled I would definitely recommend this company.

But I definitely would say to explain your situation to the person that you're trying to make the appointment with in great detail so that they send out the correct person with the right equipment. they have people that do electrical,people that do plumbing, and there's different people for different things so just be clear in what you need.

These guys were great! They came checked out our issue, explained to us what the cost was and what they were going to have to do. They wore masks, answered questions, and were very polite and professional. We will definitely reach out to them the next time we have any plumbing issues.

I will not use this business in the future. They do not have the decency to call till after the arrival time that they are not coming. They did not come to fix the leak of my kitchen sink. I waited like idiot for two hours. My kitchen sink is leaking really bad and it is ruining my wooden floors in the kitchen. Very unprofessional. This plumbing company only thinks of themselves and not the customer's time. A friend recommended this company. What is considered an emergency in this company. A leak is necessity not a joke.

After the math of the this leak . It cost me $2500 out pocket. For lack of professionalism and rudeness. New flooring and new piping. A leak turned into a bust pipe. My son heard rushing water and the pipe busted. It scared him. It is very hard with no water in the house for couple days.

I called and received a call-back quickly. I then spoke with ""Mark"" who stated that he would give me a call the following day to provide a timeline for a service. I never received a call and when I sent him a text to check, he did not remember our conversation. He then said he would make a phone call and call me back. No phone call ever came. I now called another company for service.

I called to get a free estimate and David was able to come by in a couple days for an accurate quote. He was very courteous and honest, providing a quick explanation for our plumbing issues. David saved us money and time by instructing us on how we can fix our problem. Teach a man to fish! He then offered his assistance for any problems we may have down the line. It's great to see a business that is not just willing to take any job, and open to offer their expertise. We will be sure to call them again when we have any other plumbing issues. Thanks David!
