We used Northstar plumbing to check out our old water heater. It was on its last leg and we decided to go with a tankless water heater. The technicians installed it and were professional and did a great job. We were very happy with their work. This was even in inclement weather!! I would highly recommend Northstar plumbing!!

Had a shower leak ended up needing a pipe replaced. Paul and Travis came out for me on a Saturday, they had a cancellation so we're able to get to me sooner then my appointment time, and we're able to fix the problem and answered all questions and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone up the mountain for plumbing issues or problems.

Awesome customer service! They usually can come out same day or next day. Andrew and Jesus took great care of us and installed our new water heater next day after they determined we needed a new one the day before. They even made room in their schedule to make sure we got our new water heater right away since it's pretty important to have hot water. Definitely recommend them for all your heating, AC, and plumbing needs.

This company is AMAZING. Ten years ago Rick Brown, the old plumber in Lake Arrowhead, ""replaced the plumbing"" for my bathroom remodel. When that was ""DONE,"" he wanted to do the remodel of the bathroom itself. I agreed and halfway through the job I fired him because of the shoddy workmanship of his crew due to the fact they were smoking marijuana on the job. A couple years later I started having drainage problems. The lines would clog, guys would come out, clean out the blockage and blame it on my wife's long hair. WELL FINALLY, Northstar Plumbing figured out the problem. The first man spent 3 hours and cleared the problem, or so we thought. A week later it was clogged again. So John, their lead man with 20 years experience came out and spent 3 hours up until the end of his work day trying to figure out the problem. Not giving up, he came back a second day with small cameras with which to diagnose AND PHOTOGRAPH the problem. It seems that during our bathroom remodel, lazy man RICK BROWN left a short section of the old metal pipe in place rather than removing it. He just joined the ABS pipe to it leaving a 1"" offset. Over time the pipe has rotted out and it the ""root of all problems."" Now we need to have the expensive Italian tile floor jackhammered up and spend thousands of dollars to have the job done right. What a FLAKE Rick Brown is and how wonderful Northstar, who, by the way only charged the original service fee quoted for almost 8 hours work time! They are such a reliable company and don't quit until the job is done RIGHT! Can't recommend them enough.

I have had a new AC installed and my furnace serviced by Northstar. This company provides Outstanding service with great communication. The tech who worked on my unit was also top notch. Don was knowledgeable and personable and never failed to answer my questions, even when I called him after the job was done! Our first experience with NORTHSTAR was fantastic! Fernando and Manuel did an amazing job of replacing the small furnace in our new Lake Arrowhead house basement. They worked hard all day putting in a new ""5 ton"" heater that would adequately heat the 2400 sq ft. Hopefully their boss David Garcia sees this review! Kyle and John W. also fixed a few plumbing issues for us that we are so grateful for!
