This is the best company...they returned my quickly and Jessica is the most pleasant to work with. Tommy came out and looked my unit over (in a mask and very professional) and let me know that my unit needs updating...he explained what I could do to help the unit last until we can afford the upgrade. Jessica (the manager), Ivan (the tech), and the techs that installed my AC unit were all great! I had an old AC unit that needed to be replaced. Within two days, the tech came over to explain what I needed and how much it would be, to the next day having it installed. I live in a townhouse structure so my AC unit was high up on the rooftop (where a crane was necessary to get the old AC down and bring up the new AC unit). They handled it perfectly.

The techs accidentally crossed wires with my thermostat (Ecobee) and burned it out. The next day they came and replaced it with a brand new Ecobee.

I messaged Northstar Saturday morning and I had a serviceman at my house a few hours later. Doug called to let me know he was near my house. When he got here he had on mask due to Covid. He looked at my filter and noticed it was dirty. I had a clean filter and he went ahead and changed it for me.

While he was in the attic, he took the time to take pictures of all of the a/c parts so he could explained what needed to be done to get my air conditioner working. Everything he said made sense especially in light of what he showed me in the pictures. He sat down and worked out a plan for me and gave me different options.

Doug was friendly and I felt no pressure to have extra work done. He was helpful and I was presented reasonable options and prices. I would highly recomment Northstar to a friend. I will use them for any future air conditioning needs.

I decided to get a second opinion on replacing a coil for my AC unit that is 7 years young. The technician met my husband and did not test the unit, touch the unit, inspect the unit. Yet, he made a 4,400 dollar quote for the coil that is part of the old building box. These coils range in price 200-1000 bucks feel dissatisfied with the process of evaluating anything. Based on this technician, he might as well make virtual quotes if he won't touch the AC unit. We will go with our original 1000 quote where they used a computer to diagnose, and traced the system. Oh, and the leak of Freon that we originally called for, he brushed it aside and said we can deal with that later . Jessica was very nice though.

I have a great experience with Northstar. Shane, the owner quickly responded to my inquiry even it was a Sunday and Father's day. Jessica, the manager sent me a follow up email and courtesy call before the arrival of their tech! Juan Sorroza was the technician who came to fix our AC and garbage disposal grinder. He was prompt, efficient and very honest. I highly recommend him and this company. I will surely book them for future services needed. May God bless this company even more.

Murphy's Law during a heat wave my AC unit broke, I contacted Northstar and they show up on time, very professional, honest and most importantly did a great job. Service tech: Ivan is the man!

I am very happy with this service, first off, the people that help and make appointments are very friends and respectful, willing to answer any questions i may have. they even called and texted me a reminder the day before. I had tech Doug show up to do a tune up on my system, he was very respectful and came prepare with a mask and gloves due to the covid situation. he didnt mind me watching him and answered any questions i had and gave me very good explanations and information. all and all, i was left with a very good experience, that left me feeling like i had been taken care of. I will definitely be using these guys again and referring them to friends and family.

Doug came out the same day our Air broke and spent time explaining possible solutions. Air was installed the next day with Chris, Rich,Tristan, Jesus, Brandon and K c all came to install in one day.
