Northstar regularly checks my air conditioner and heater to assure maintenance is up-to-date and no repairs are necessary. Jesus was out today to check my air conditioner's status. Because he was available a bit early, the office called to verify it was ok for him to come before the scheduled time. Jesus was thorough in checking the air conditioner and gave it his stamp of approval. I'm glad I selected Northstar for my supplier.

Beware, they will try to take your money
I called to get a service check on my heater. They came out and said that I need a few new parts well the guy called around and told me that they could not replace any of the parts because my heater is so old 1988. I said OK what do I do next and they said well you need a new heater I almost did it. I came so close to getting a new heater for $9700 that's crazy. I shopped around the next morning and I called Northstar and I said put a hold on that and I had somebody else come out yesterday. They ordered the parts for me that Northstar said they could not order and it was no longer availableand they came and fixed my heater. I did not have to get a brand new heater. Be careful people out there. They are trying to scam you like crazy. Northshore is no good.

A few years ago, I had two new A/C units put into my home. Andrew, from NorthStar, did my installation without any issues. The units are amazing and have saved me money.

I just had Adolfo from Northstar complete a plumbing job for me and I am so very pleased. I have dealt with a leak in my upstairs bathroom for years. Dozens of plumbers attempted to find and fix the problem, without success. Finally, someone with the necessary skill and knowledge accomplished what so may others could not. I now have a workable shower with no leak! If you need a great plumber with an extremely admirable work ethic, I highly recommend calling Northstar and asking for Adolfo.
