While shopping for a new water filter/softener system, we met the owner, Dave, at the latest home show. We met with numerous companies offering the same service, but we were SO impressed with Dave's knowledge and honesty. He wasn't the least expensive, but quality service costs a little more and it was well worth it! We were also very happy to see that they also provided plumbing services.

Dave installed the system himself and removed all of our old equipment. We were so happy with the service that when our garbage disposal died, we called North Valley to install our replacement. Dean was every bit as impressive as Dave, and the install cost actually was the least expensive estimate we received.

These guys are the best. I live in a house with a walkout and slope - they had to take my new water heater down a steep slope and then bring the old one back up the slope. They were professional, on time, cleaned up when done and super friendly. Dave the owner was also great and would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Just had our R-O system filters changed. Cory was amazing! He allowed me to watch and told me how to change the filter myself the next time. He also replaced the tank that was 16 years old and not working properly (we would not have known that needed to be changed). He also checked our water softener system and fixed the flush tubing just as a courtesy. I learned a lot. I would highly recommend North Valley Water Solutions.

My highest recommendation to this company. The owner was the one who came to my house to install my Water Softener. He was super friendly, kept me up to date, as to what was going on as to what he was doing. He would let me know if there was any issues or if he had to go pick up any parts. He would show you the problems:what he was doing as he was installing the water softener. In addition, he noticed that the water heater line needed to be replaced.

He just suggested it, but did not repair it because he was there to do the water softener. He provided a price for us, in case we wanted it to get replaced.

Overall, great service, fair and honest. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a water softener.

My highest recommendation to Rayne of North Valley. Finally decided to get my R/O filters changed and serviced (after 5+ years). Rayne made next day appointment. Kam, the technician, showed up right on time was very courteous and personable. He proceeded to service the system, check the Water Softener, and the hot water heater. He give me a very understandable explanation as to how the systems worked and what to watch out for. Finally, the price was very reasonable!
