My highest recommendation to this company. The owner was the one who came to my house to install my Water Softener. He was super friendly, kept me up to date, as to what was going on as to what he was doing. He would let me know if there was any issues or if he had to go pick up any parts. He would show you the problems:what he was doing as he was installing the water softener. In addition, he noticed that the water heater line needed to be replaced.

He just suggested it, but did not repair it because he was there to do the water softener. He provided a price for us, in case we wanted it to get replaced.

Overall, great service, fair and honest. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a water softener.

My highest recommendation to Rayne of North Valley. Finally decided to get my R/O filters changed and serviced (after 5+ years). Rayne made next day appointment. Kam, the technician, showed up right on time was very courteous and personable. He proceeded to service the system, check the Water Softener, and the hot water heater. He give me a very understandable explanation as to how the systems worked and what to watch out for. Finally, the price was very reasonable!

We will only use Rayne. We just bought a new house. The hot water tank was toast, the water softener was leaking, there was plumbing work to be done, and the reverse osmosis system needed fixed. Rayne was the third company to give us their quote. The first two were in and out in 15 min after giving us quotes for replacing everything. Miles from Rayne was the only one who said ""Lets check to see if you need new filters first and see whats wrong with the water softer"". Turns out we didn't need new filters yet and the water softener had a reparable crack in it that cost $1000 less to fix than replacing it. Needles to say Miles fixed everything great and saved us $1000's compared to the other guys! Always calling them!

I give these guys 5 stars, nothing but great service and honesty. I had two water softeners break down within 1 week of each other. The first time around, I had another company come out and give an estimate, they wanted to charge me 1500.00 for a brand new water softener. I wanted a second opinion, The Rayne plumber came out within 15 minutes he had it up and running, placing a small hose onto the softener, charging me only for the visit. The second water softener same exact issue, (different property). I'm sold on Rayne, and when it comes time to replace the softeners, they will get my business hands down!!! Prompt, reliable folks.

When for whatever reason Integrity Water didn't show up for a scheduled appointment and failed to return my call I contacted Rayne and they did a fantastic job. The service team scheduled an appointment that fit my calendar and the technician showed up when they said they were going to show up and fixed my RO system (tank needed to be replaced) and replaced the filters. I will use Rayne going forwards and would highly recommend them.

My wife and I moved to New River late last summer and our new home had a couple devices with which we were totally unfamiliar: a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter system. After ten months in our home we decided it was time to have these items serviced so we contacted the company whose sticker was attached to the softener and the RO tank: North Valley Rayne. They sent Miles to our house to provide the service. He arrived on time with all necessary equipment and was very pleasant. One of the first things I noticed was he removed his shoes before entering our house so he wouldn't track in any dirt. Then he laid a blanket down in front of the sink cabinet so no water or dirt would get on the tile while he was working. The previous owner had left a new membrane which Miles used saving us a significant amount of money. He quickly and expertly replaced the filters and used hydrogen peroxide for cleaning instead of bleach to prevent a latent bleach taste in the system. He explained how to let the tank fill up and empty to ensure our water was clean tasting. He also verified that our refrigerator water line was running from the RO system, something we didn't know. Our water, which we already enjoyed, tastes amazingly better now.

Miles also checked our water softener brine tank and said it looked great and commented that we were keeping it properly filled and maintained. He also explained the benefits of water softener tanks requiring no maintenance and replaced monthly by Rayne. When our current tank gives out we plan to go that route.

Miles additiionally gave us a couple options for running a water line for a refrigerator we have in the garage and gave us approximate costs of each. He said we could call to have an accurate quote and the job performed.

Overall Miles is one of the most knowledgeable service technicians I've ever encountered. He explained what he was doing and answered each of our questions in an understandable manner. The time he spent in our home was invaluable to us.

I unreservedly recommend North Valley Rayne to anyone needing service on water heaters, water softeners, or water filtering systems. I'm confident you'll be as pleased as my wife and I were.

We were pleasantly surprised at the water softener prices. Very competitive, good deals. They offer an option to rent the equipment instead of buy. This allowed us to try it first before committing (which we did buy it a few months later). The best part is the continued support. These guys know customer service and they live it. I've rarely met a company with such dedication to their customers. They bent over backwards for us on a couple occasions. I highly recommend Rayne from North Valley!
