avoid this company at all cost unless you like wasting your time.
they will tell you a time window and not keep their word and you will sit around all day waiting with zero communication from them. when you call to inquire on delay they're full of excuses. They overbook period and not professional enough to contact people and let them know. AVOID!!!

My tenant called me. The A/C went out. My worst nightmare. Kendra and Brett were excellent. North Valley Mechanical diagnosed the unit on my rental within a few hours and they were able to replace the motor the next day. I am so thankful to know that I have such an amazing contractor that I can rely on so my client doesn't have to spend one moment more than absolutely necessary in discomfort. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You all truly went above and beyond on this job and the prices were extremely reasonable as well.

North Valley Mechanical has an employee van with a license plate that ends in 7035 that has an alarm that is so sensitive that it goes off multiple times each day. We have a ten month old baby that is constantly being woken up by this. We have spoken to the owners several times and they refuse to do anything about it. My child needs sleep. If this is how they treat their neighbors imagine how they treat their customers.

I unfortunately had an AC issue and ended up getting a new AC. Even though I was not happy to spend the money they made it as pleasant as it could be. North Valley also services my AC so Chris remembered me and my home. They came fast and the next day they let me use a portable AC so my animals and I could be cooler. Had the new AC installed in less than a week. They were there every step on the way. Lately it has been so hard to get anything timely or done well with a smile. Thank you

Has drivers with road rage and no respect for other people. You guys let your drivers hit other people's cars, causing damage, and cursing at them while DRIVING your company vehicle? Then saying there was no damage or proof? Shame on all of you. Horrible business practice, and no help or even a simple APOLOGY from higher up? Probably no repercussions for the driver too. How embarrassing for you guys. Do better.

On the I-10 (west bound), I decided to switch lanes to get ready to exit on North AZ-51. After having my blinker on, checking my mirrors and my blind spot, I decided it was safe to switch into the lane to my right. At the same time, a North Valley Mechanical van behind me switched into the same lane from the other side. The front of his large vehicle hit the back right side of my car. I slowed down, kept my blinker on, hoping the van would pull over so we could exchange insurance information. The van proceeded to remain very close behind and honked at me 3 long times. Feeling unsafe, I switched over one more lane and the van kept driving. Feeling like he would drive off, I captured a picture of his license plate. Not knowing what to do, I called my mom and asked if I should follow him. She told me to just get off on the next exit and check the damage of my car and call non-emergency since I was not injured. Listening to her advice, as I exited, the van and I passed one another where he proceeded to scream exploitative language at me while waving his hands and flipped me off. It was evident this driver was careless and reckless.

Luckily the damage to my car was just a paint scuff, but the driver's behavior was disgusting. I emailed the company and all their conclusion was ""We have no damage to our vehicle to support your claim."" Even though I provided pictures. The damage isn't even my main issue, other wise I would have gone straight to my insurance. It's the fact that North Valley Mechanical has drivers with road rage and drive dangerously. An apology would have been nice!!! When I told them that they gaslighted me and said ""I'm sorry for what you believed you experienced"" and then proceeded to contradict their poor apology with a however and spoke highly of the technician that LITERALLY HIT MY CAR AND HAD ROAD RAGE. Hilarious that they said he was ""mild."" I was SCARED for my LIFE!!!

This behavior is disgusting and shows that North Valley Mechanical hires people that are rude and dangerous- you do not want to do business (especially in your home) with people that have anger issues and are careless! If their technicians can't even follow the rules of the road, image how careless they are with their work! Can't even give me a genuine apology.

Horrible company. Zero integrity. One of their vans hit someone on the freeway & then flipped off the other driver. They didn't even stop to see if she was ok when she got off the freeway.
