Brent came by for a gas line estimate but was happy to jump into a VERY clogged kitchen drain. He really worked diligently to attack and succeed with a bad clog -- I really appreciated his valiant effort.

He also provided a detailed and well-priced quote on a straight forward gas line extension for a BBQ grill.

Brent, Toni and his extended team are personable, reliable and dedicated - you can't ask for much more when it comes to plumbing!

I had a leak inside the ceiling that exceeded my plumbing skills. North Pacific Plumbing responded promptly to my email and were able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. The plumber who came out, Preston, was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what was going on and what he needed to do. He got it sorted out quickly and the worksite was left clean and in good condition. I couldn't ask for better service, and I am completely satisfied.

We have had North Pacific out to do several jobs for us, and we also tried to other companies for one job (a leak that turned out to be near the bottom of a wall). The difference between North Pacific and the others was stunning. We will be dedicated North Pacific customers for all future needs. They are very trustworthy and very good at their jobs. We have now had them fix a leak outside home, fix a leak inside home, lay a new pipe for us outside home, and come to our home to investigate and figure out that what we were afraid was another leak was in fact an issue with a shower door.

All the jobs were done well, but the two inside home jobs stood out. The first was an apparent leak evident at the base of a wall in our laundry room. We initially called another plumber who seemed to have a plan for extracting money from us, but not much of a plan for the leak. We got rid of him and tried a second company. The second company seemed more honest, but they sent a camera snake down our pipe and concluded that there was tree root poking through a pipe underground, which would not be a cheap repair. Finally, we tried North Pacific for a second opinion. North Pacific was great. They followed up investigating the pipe and tree root and found that the ""tree root"" was actually just grease in the pipe. They did their own investigation and discovered that the leak was actually at a pipe junction near the base of the wall, not underground as the previous plumbers had thought. They fixed it, and saved us a bunch of money, damage, and disruption that the others would have cost us by tearing up a floor.

For the second in-home job, we were afraid we found a damp spot in a first floor ceiling and we were afraid it was a leak from a pipe above. The same guy who solved the previous leak came out, investigated and figured out that the water was escaping from our shower because the shower door wasn't closing properly. No need for any repair. We probably should have figured out this one ourselves, but it's a nice example of how this company knows their stuff and treats you fairly.

I will never use anyone but North Pacfic Plumbing for all future plumbing issues above my pay grade.

I literally cannot say enough about this Company!! They are exactly what a great company looks like and you would be lucky to have them help you out with your plumbing issue.

Just had them do a major Sewer Line Replacement due to roots. They kept me calm the whole way through and explained to me everything that was going on. I knew exactly how much everything was going to cost each time they came out and worked, because the communication is so great with these guys.

First time I met Brady, he greeted me with a big smile and was happy to help out. He was able to unclog my line and let us get back to normalcy, but he did mention the problem was not fixed.

So 2 weeks later when Brady came back out, he still greeted me with a big smile and a can do attitude.

Preston is a wiz, he knows it all. He has seen it all and that makes me feel comfortable as a homeowner. these are the guys u want working on your house.

Cannot say enough about Brent's Team NPP. Wish my Sewer Line didn't need replacement after 6 days of living in our new house, but I am sure glad I got to meet the NPP Team. I will never use anyone but NPP.

Preston took my call on Saturday when I was seeking help within the next week. He fit me in just 3 days later unlike a bigger local company that had no appointment for a month. He arrived early after calling to see if that was ok. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Masked and gloved. Dog friendly too. He solved several small problems and explained to me what he was discovering as he went. Nice guy and I would definitely recommend him again without reservation.

My hot water heater went out. Quoted with three companies. One big box store, one other local company, and NPP.

The big box was cheapest (by $100), but were installing a somewhat lower quality product.

(RANT)The other local company was your typical ""standard price list"" pricing. My job was simple and required few upgrades. The ""standard price list"" folks were nearly $1,000 more for their ""basic install"" which included all sorts of things that didn't apply to my install. There are way too many plumbing and HVAC companies who are more interested in trying to upsell high markup items and not interested enough in doing work(/RANT)

Enter NPP. Not inexpensive. But they sell an US made product, and they wanted to work, not sell. The installation went smooth and was tailored to our house.

They are a small shop, so they aren't going to be your 24-hour on call plumber. But they will respond and show up when promised. I would certainly use them again.

Brent Dotson and his team are professional, courteous, and thorough. We have had them fix leaking toilets, unblock tub drains, and replace a bathroom sink. We have been fully satisfied with the repairs, and the charges were fair and reasonable. A highly recommended local business!

Needed a plumber ASAP, called North Pacific , couldn't accommodate me IMMEDIATELY (actually nobody could ) but he did refer me to a company that could help out sooner , which soon turned into immediately due I think to a cancellation?! Love the customer service that actually puts the customer first
