Brent and Steven are great plumbers with good attitudes and expert skills. I have used Brent's company, North Pacific, for a few years now and wouldn't call anyone else. Usually I reach him and schedule appointments via email, which works well for me. The guys are pleasant and don't leave a mess after completing the job. Prices are competitive with others in their trade and their professionalism is unsurpassed. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

This is a local company, and I was able to get an appointment to have a kitchen faucet replaced within a week of calling. Steven was there when he said he would be. He had all the parts and equipment he needed to do an efficient job. He pointed out some oddities with the way my home was originally plumbed. When he left, he took out all of the parts and boxes left over from the installation. This is the second time I've used North Pacific Plumbing and will continue to use them whenever I have a need.

Brent Dotson (and his crew) did an unbelievable job re-piping our house from galvanized to copper. It was an extensive process due to an extremely tight crawlspace, a combined slab and subfloor, and tight turns inside walls. I have experience in construction, and I knew this was going to be a tough one. They met with us before the demo began to explain all of our options and asked if we wanted to give input. They were extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. At the end of each day, the house was cleaned up by the crew. They were very careful to protect our old wood floors. Our comfort was of their utmost concern. They even replaced a toilet in a 2nd bath so we could have weekend guests, even though it had to be removed again. The results were amazing. We have much better pressure and volume in our washing machine, kitchen sink, and shower. We couldn't be more pleased.

We called to ask them to fix a simple faucet leak twice. First time, they had to leave to by the part (more expense), then returned and put in part that did not stop the leak, which began again about a week later. We gave them the benefit of a doubt and put a bucket until to catch the slower leak. Then we called them again for a second bathroom leak. They again ""did not have the part"" resulting in 2 trips to get the right part (more time and money). This fix did not work - leak started shortly after filling a third of a two gallon bucket in the next 12 hours. I feel we were scammed and would not recommend.

Professionalism is apparently the ""Code of Conduct"" for North Pacific Plumbing. Brent provided an estimate quickly; his cheerful plumber Steven showed up on time and ready to work. He completed the replacement of my main shut-off valve and additional leaky connecting pipe fittings, and now I'm a happy homeowner. This company provides first-class service efficiently, competently, and all at a fair price. Thanks, Brent.

Brent was recommended to us by a friend who works in the home remodeling business. He came out to look at the main water shut off valve to our house, which we had tried for about 10 hours to fix on our own the previous day (and failed miserably.) He started working on it right away and was able to fix it (he ended up having to pretty much rebuild the whole thing) within a couple of hours and even dug through the materials we had already bought the previous day to try to use & save us some money. He really was just so kind and informative & answered all of my (probably obvious & ridiculous) questions. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

About three months ago, we were looking for a local plumber to replace some broken internal parts in our shower. We called Brent, who responded promptly. He quickly assessed the problem, gave us an estimate for the cost, and also recommended some places for us to search for the parts ourselves to help us save money. Once those parts arrived, he returned promptly to do the repairs. He finished the job when he said he would, his rates were very reasonable, and he was a nice, friendly person. Everything has been working fine in the three months since, and we are sorry we did not get this review in sooner. But we wanted to commend Brent, as well as recommend him highly.

Brent has installed a gas line for us, repaired drain lines and installed new toilets. His work is beautiful. He is absolutely wonderful and very informative and helpful. After Brent installed the gas line, we hooked up the stove ourselves. Though he was on his way out of town with family for Christmas break, he made it a point to stop by and see if we had any questions before we used the new stove.
