Honest, friendly, and professional! Brent promptly responded to my inquiry for an appointment and fit me in that week. He repaired our garbage disposal in (literally) a few minutes and he also showed me how to fix it myself if the same problem arose in the future. Since it was a quick repair he also kindly charged a discounted rate. I highly recommend North Pacific Plumbing to anyone seeking a friendly and professional plumbing repair service.

I asked for an estimate for a bunch of plumbing work that I needed done in my home. For replacing the hot water heater (labor only), they wanted $1750. Considering that it's about a 3-hour job, that's nearly $600 per hour. When I asked for an explanation, Brent said ""I don't have time"". He then said I could get it done for the price he quoted or go elsewhere. Needless to say, I've gone elsewhere. They may do a good job with they work, but their prices are ridiculous and their customer service is non-existent.

You can't do better than North Pacific Plumbing in Davis. They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing a clogged main sewer line and keeping me updated on everything that was happening each step of the way. It's clear that Preston takes his job seriously as he did an outstanding, clean job.

We live out of town and visited my daughter in her rented house in Davis. Five college women managed to really clog the sewer pipes. I tried and failed to clear it with a hose, and based on yelp, I called Brent at North Pacific Plumbing. He returned my call within a half hour and was on the job as agreed the next morning (I called at 3 in the afternoon). The job was done very quickly. The cost was very good (I am a landlord and the bill was less than I expected). Brent was a very good communicator as well. This is my go to guy for as long as the daughter lives in Davis.
She hasn't been back yet, but Brent gave us a 20 day guarantee.

This is a local company, and I was able to get an appointment to have a kitchen faucet replaced within a week of calling. Steven was there when he said he would be. He had all the parts and equipment he needed to do an efficient job. He pointed out some oddities with the way my home was originally plumbed. When he left, he took out all of the parts and boxes left over from the installation. This is the second time I've used North Pacific Plumbing and will continue to use them whenever I have a need.
