I called this place over the Christmas holiday for a backed up toilet and the gentleman that came out was Daniel and he was very professional and courteous. Then a week later a gentleman Dre came back to my place to install and replace a garbage disposal, a compression valve and the sink faucet. He was also professional and courteous. I really like this place they were on time for the scheduled appointment.Oh yeah Jim the dispatcher was also nice on the phone and returned my call fairly quick. I would highly recommend this place.

I have had to call them out twice in a week. First on a Saturday night for a restaurant dish room that had an issue, and again for my mother's residence and a clogged main line. This company is great. Professional, responsive, and the rates are fair. The Tradesmen are the kind of men in appearance and demeanor that you are comfortable inviting them into your home.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! We had them come out for what I thought was a small job, but my problems were a lot worse than I thought. Paul, was so nice, he really went above and beyond to help us. Jessie and Dave, 2 very nice, knowledgeable, and all around great guys that also worked very hard to get the job done. This company truly cares about the service they provide, making sure the customer gets a professional job done. Did not leave, until ever dirt rock, debris was cleaned up, swept up, etc. I've already recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks so....much guys, we appreciate all you did for us!

I am very pleased with the service I received. I called within in a couple hours I got a technician out to fix my drainage problem. Jesse was very professional and explained my problem very thoroughly and got me up and running.This was my second experience with North County Plumbing and each time was a pleasurable experience. Plus, I have had to reschedule my appointment more than once and they are the nicest, most accommodating company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

We have a main sewer line that keeps getting backed up from roots growing into it, it was late when I discovered the last time it was backed up and started to back up into our bathroom, I was able to reach Paul and he got someone out within a few hours. They had our lines cleared and the bathroom was no longer having water come up out of the shower. After working with other plumbing companies on this same issue I will stick to NCP in the future as they handled it the best and most efficient.

I had a good experience with this company several years ago, so when I had a problem with water softener (which they installed), I called them. They never answer calls,always voice mail. I left messages 3 different times, and never a call back, so I gave up,and called someone else. I wonder what happened to this company; I thought they were competent and reliable once...

Monday morning my water heater died. I was under my 1 year buyer protection warranty and contacted the warranty company. After giving me the run around I contacted No. Co. Plumbing. I spoke to Paul who told me they use my warr. co. all the time and have them call me and we'll be right out. I finally got them to call Paul and an appointment was made for the following morning. They got with the warr. co. and were authorized to replace my WH. A very nice, respectful, and hard working young man named Jesse arrived the next HOT day. Everything went well with no problems and a professional installation. Thank you Paul for sending Jessie as he is an asset to your team ! I will use No. Co. Plumbing again if the need arises for a plumbing issue. I will also recommend them to friends and family. Definitely a 5 star company that went the extra mile and saved me the hassle of dealing with the warranty company. I don't do cold showers so my wife is very happy also with the quick response. I had an awesome experience with North County Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc. and Mr. Paul Garcia this past Sunday after we encountered an emergency plumbing situation. After calling numerous plumbers, none of which actually answered their phones (although to be fair, they all did call me back later), I reached North County Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc. and spoke with Paul. Paul gave us an estimate of one hour but was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Paul quickly assessed the situation, gave us a fair price estimate, and then rapidly completed the needed work. I would strongly recommend Paul and North County Plumbing.
