Thank You Paul for coming to my rescue, Immediately!!! My shower water wouldn't shut off and I didn't know what to do. I called Paul at North County Plumbing Drain Cleaning and in less than 2 hours and (after 5 pm) my shower and water were back in service. Thank You Brandon for coming right away and doing a Excellent Superb job!!! When you need help right away, these guys are the ones to call. I'm a very satisfied customer!!

Today I called North County Plumbing Drain Cleaning to fix my kitchen sink that wasn't draining.
The company sent the nicest young man, Josh who went right to work. After surmising the problem he brought in the necessary tools and appliances and within 40 minutes I had a perfectly running sink. Thank you for service appreciated, done professionally. Give Josh a raise, great guy

My kitchen sink backed up and my garbage disposal was not working. I called NCPDC - spoke with Paul - asked when I could schedule an appointment - because I work I asked for a late afternoon appt. - we agreed to 4:30 p.m. I left work early to be there at that time....waited and waited...it is now 5:15 - I spoke with Paul...he started to argue with me that he would never have a promised a specific time...in his business they don't do that. He said that he would send someone right over - but that I could not be rude or nasty to his worker. Finally at 6:15 he arrived. I don't know if this guy was an apprentice? He kept taking pictures of my plumbing and sending them to Paul and going outside to talk to him. I kept asking how much longer - I was told that he was working as fast as he could. 7:15 came and went. 8:15 came and went..it was now 9:15 p.m. - The only thing that the guy did was snake the drain - which did clear up my backup. He then proceeded to disconnect the pipe on the other side of the sink - apparent leak. I had had enough! I told him to leave it and pack up his tools....I asked how much it was going to be...he told me $500 plus! I said no way I was going to pay that...he then went outside to speak with Paul yet again.....my final bill was $300 plus..for snaking my my pipes which should have taken an hour!!!! The plumber had me speak to Paul again...he offered to come back in the a.m. to finish the job...I said absolutely not...did not want to experience them ever again. This was the worst service call that I have ever experienced in my life!!!! STAY AWAY....

Our gas water heater wouldn't re-ignite after So Cal Gas performed an inspection. We didn't think we would get our hot water back for several days. Fortunately, Josh was able to arrive within the day and fixed the issue quickly. We are so grateful for the speedy service and friendliness from North Country Plumbing!

Incredible service, super professional, and fairly priced. Friday night at 6:00pm, we had a plumbing emergency. I left a voice message for NC Plumbing and within 10 minutes, they called back and were on their way. Austin fixed the issue quickly and was super sweet. We will definitely use them again.

Um worst experience ever, I have repeatedly called this guy and hes promised over and over again to come out and never does, 3 phone calls I made, each time with a garanteed promise to come out..each time..no phone call and doesn't show up..3 times in a row is a bit much..this company is very unprofessional...CALL SOMEONE ELSE! this spanned a period of 2 weeks waiting for this clown..done with this asshole

Had a weekend emergency - no water and no obvious cause as we are on our own ranch well system with many yards of possibly blocked pipes underground in many directions. We called North County and was immediately impressed with the caliber and knowledge of the man who answered the phone, Mike. Where average residential plumbers would be scratching their heads, Mike came out the same day and identified the location of the blockage and figured out how to solve the problem without having to tear up our patio. Message to the owners: Whatever you are paying Mike, it isn't enough! ;-)

Needed a faucet replaced. Paul said plumber would come ""after lunch"" but it ended up being after 5pm. Plumber Doug diagnosed problem & returned following afternoon with supplies. Job completed within an hour. Doug was very friendly and answered all our questions. No more leaks under the kitchen sink so we're happy.

Unfortunately, calling a plumber is not cheap. $90 just to show up & diagnose situation. But that seems to be the going rate around here so we'd recommend North County Plumbing again because Paul and Doug seem honest and knowledgeable and we're satisfied with Doug's completed work.

It was a bit of a struggle to get these guys to show up when they said they would. But very friendly service. The prices are high. It cost me $200 to have a pipe dropped 4"". I think I was charged for the hour of driving to Lowes or something to obtain black pipe since apparently they don't keep any on the truck.

I called, made an appointment, and they no-called/no-showed. He sounded nice enough on the phone, but not showing up and not calling to reschedule is poor practice.
