I called NC Plumbing at 8:00 on Saturday morning and let the answering service know we had to shut off the water to our house due to a problem in the laundry room. At 8:26, I got a call from the plumber letting me know he'd be at my home between 10:30 and 11:00. At 10:22, I got a call telling me it would be closer to 1:00-1:30. At 1:41, I called to see what time he would be there and was told within the 1/2 hour. When he showed up at 2:30, he said there was nothing he could do, wouldn't even cap off the water so we could turn the main to the house back on, and said his boss wanted him to go to his next two appointments since he was running behind. At this point it was very late to call somebody else to come out, yet that's what he suggested we do. Thank you Hannah Plumbing.

Set up appointment between 8-10 on a Friday morning to repair leaky faucet. When I made appointment I let them know I needed them first thing because I leave for work at 11:30. I called at 11 because no one had shown up yet. They let me know they were running late, no kidding and a call would have been nice, and that they would be right over. When they arrived they quoted a price of $250 ( which I thought was high for cartridge replacement) but they did not have the part and would have to come back Saturday morning. On Sat they called and said the parts place was closed and they would have to come Monday at 1:00. You would think that they would get the part on Friday when parts were available. We'll you guessed it I called them Monday at 3:30 after no one had shown yet and cancelled.

Mike came out today to provide some follow up on my water heater installation. He was helpful, thorough, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. I would definitely use this company again for future plumbing needs!

I've used these guys twice in the past 60 days. Both times I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough yet efficient Ramon was. He helped me out on both a drain cleaning and washer/dryer repair. They're very different tasks but he knew exactly what to do; I'm impressed. Thanks again NCP.

I paid $475 to have a hot water heater replaced that was under warranty! It took 3 hours. After checking with other plumbers, this cost was excessive and a rip off. Since the original water heater was installed by them, I thought the warranty was only through them, and wasn't told otherwise! Next time I'll ask more questions. Call another plumber for your needs.
