North County Plumbing is AWESOME!!! We have used them before and will always do so.
Our French Drain backed up with the recent heavy rain fall, and kept flooding our back yard and patio.
Their pleasant office had ERIC, our Plumber come today. He did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! The mud and roots that he removed were amazing. ERIC was so professional and polite.

We have used to plumbing companies, one of them being North County Plumbing. They replaced a water heater last December. When they forgot to enter our appointment in their calendar, they first tried to see if another company could come out. When they couldn't find another company to come out quickly, they managed to come out. Eric replaced the water heater, quickly and he was friendly. Yesterday, I called them for a leaking under my bathroom sink. They came the next day, (Today). Eric showed up again. He removed the clog and replaced parts for fix the leak. He was always smiling. No hidden fees or anything negative.

Job well done! Spent two days trying to arrange one of those services connected to an App for household services on my iPhone to do a simple re-seating of my powder room toilet. I finally gave up on them and just called North County Plumbing. Same day service and less that an hour of time to do the job and we are ready for our guests coming tonight. Erik was our technician and he was professional and prepared (had tools and parts) for the job. NCP will get my business from now on.

I had a broken pipe emergency and Deanna sent someone ASAP, even though it was after hours. She followed up to make sure everything was fixed & had world class customer service!

Mike, the plumber, was the best! He was professional and hard working. He quoted me a price and even though it ended up being more labor & time intensive he did it all. He worked hard, was thorough, double checked everything just to ensure nothing else was wrong, stayed til the job was done and cleaned up beautifully. He even came back the next day to check on the work and ensure we were alright! Rare to find such a great company!

They charged me way to much on the work they did put a bigger hole in my wall they they needed then told me they aRe not fixing it manger is a nasty women don't call thee people rip off for sure

Jose went above and beyond. Water soaking through from the second floor into the garage had me worried I was going to spend a fortune on a leak. It ended up being a toilet valve which he fixed for under $200 and took about an hour. I had called a few other places which didn't have availability. When I called North County Plumbing, a receptionist answered (not a plumber out on a job) and had someone lined up within a few minutes.

I needed a new hot water heater. My current Rheem was still working but really, really old, and I didn't want any surprises... Anyways, I had time to do some research, and North County Plumbing had the best installation price and the most cordial and knowledgeable receptionist/scheduler/manager, Deanna. As things turned out, the installation of my new hot water heater was way more troublesome than expected, but my technician, Jose, worked really hard to solve the installation issues. I ended up paying more than I originally budgeted, but the outcome was excellent, and I am happy with the hard work and effort Jose put into my job. Jose is a cheerful, creative problem solver! These people are hardworking and committed to getting it right. I appreciate their professionalism and work ethic.

Same day hot water tank delivery accomplished professionally and without gripe when accommodations had to be made by Mike, the plumber they sent. If the new tank lives up to its rep, this company is worth the cost! A definite keeper if they stand behind what they install.

Called based on a friend's referral and had 2 faucet lines moved. He did a good job but tried to charge me an extra $70 to replace some old parts with some new ones. These were parts that he had to put on anyway to complete the job, and I had already bought the new ones, so it was literally no extra work, but he insisted on charging extra.

I voiced my issue with this practice to the company's owner, Deanna, who called me and promised to make things right, which I really appreciated. However, she never followed up and sent me the refund as promised, despite repeated phone calls to her. She would always say that the check was in the mail and should have arrived, but 3 months later, it's still not here. She never once followed up with me; I always had to call her.

I can't trust a company who tried to price gouge me and then doesn't follow up on their word.
