Gage did a fantastic job installing undersink RO system in my kitchen. I contacted a few other plumbers before hiring him but he seemed to know exactly what needs to be done unlike others and asked very reasonable price.

Since he works alone, he may not always answer your phone right away, but he will contact you soon if you leave a voice mail or text. Luckily, I was able to had my RO installed within a week since he had some time between his two other appointments.

My 4-gallon-water tank was too big for the cabinet but Gage rerouted the pipes and made a space for it. He even made a trip to nearby Home Depot to buy new pipes since the old ones were unsalvageable.

I'm very happy with his service and will definitely use his business again.

I've used Gage's services on 3 occasions over the last 4 years - a brand new water softener install, and the last 2 were reverse osmosis systems new installs, most recently just last week. He is responsive and scheduling can take a day or two. Most importantly, Gage delivers fantastic value: good, clean work at a very reasonable price. The equipment he recommends are 4.5+ star reviewed brands available on Amazon so pricing is more competitive than using other companies' products. The APEC RO system he installed in my kitchen I purchased from there based on his recommendation and I can't be happier. Further, he removed the old system from under my sink and re-wired and repositioned everything such that I now literally have more space; the previous company I used did a horrible job that we basically lost half the under sink space but I have now gained space back. Wow... Gage and this company are the best contractor that I have used.

Gage installed my water softener about 5 years ago. I remember he was very patient in answer my questions, with accurate and honest input.

The installation job he did was superb. All the pipes and hoses are clean, well soldered and he has a great habit of keeping things organized and secured with beefy brackets.

The whole system works great, and all the piping look great.

A few days ago, there was a small leak from the neck of the control unit. It turns out to be a part quality issue from the factory. It was 3 weeks before the 5 years warranty is up. Gage offers to replace it under warranty, without having talk to the factory.

I look forward to seeing him again after nearly 5 years!

Gage is like your neighbor who knows how to install RO system. Super friendly and honest. He is professional, courteous and know his stuff. Reasonable fees and only do the stuff that's beneficial to you.

Fantastic Experience!

Gage came out to analyze my old water softener and frankly just educate me as I knew the basic ebb and flow about the system. I expected the unit needed to be replaced as the water pressure was slim. Gage was able to recommend an affordable option to replace the resin vs a new softener. Solid work, 5 year warranty and cleans up well.

Gage absolutely earns the name Integrity, I look forward working with him in the future for all my water softener and water filtration needs.

Gage is great!! We needed someone to repair our water softener. Gage is very responsive over the phone and text. He traveled out to Los Altos for a free diagnosis!

Honest guy--he explained the problem and the repair needed, and then encouraged us to explore other options (that he suggested!!) to find the most economical solution for us! He's not trying to sell his service and rip us off, no. It's so wonderful to find a vendor who is knowledgable, reliable, trustworthy, and very nice.
