Jeremy came to my house quickly after I called about a plumbing issue and before I knew it the problem was solved. While he was there he checked a few other issues in the house for me, and only charged me for the main job, which I thought was very reasonable. Helpful and friendly.

Today I had a clogged toilet that would not respond to a plunger. Needed it fixed because I have company staying with me. Feeling totally frustrated I went out to run an errand and down the street I spotted the North Bay Plumbing truck. I went down to see if the plumber whose name is Jeremy had any tips for me. Long story short he had the time to take a look and took care of the problem in five minutes! And he didn't charge me a dime. The most I could get him to take was a cold seltzer on a scorching day. Long live Jeremy!

A couple of days ago both of my toilets plugged up and couldn't be unplugged, then they backed up into the bathtub and shower. I phoned one company who came out, failed to remove the clog, pushed an incredible amount of foul-smelling filth into my bathtub and shower, took my money, and left, telling me I need $5500 worth of work to remedy the problem. I phoned a second company that came the next day, took one look at the bathroom, didn't even bother trying to unclog the drain, and quoted me twice what the first company had quoted to fix it. I then phoned back the first company, convinced at that point that they offered the better deal, but they never phoned back so I called yet a third company. The fellow made an appointment to come out the next day then cancelled due to a medical emergency, but referred me to Jeremy. By this time I have been three days without a working toilet or shower. Jeremy came out within a couple of hours of my phone call, and cleared my drain. Everything works now.

To be fair to the others, he did recommend the same thing they recommended, e.g. installation of a two-way clean-out in the front of the house. I hired him to do it, as he did something both said could not be done, e.g. get my toilets and showers working again. BTW, his quote was quite reasonable.

And next time I have an issue, I'm phoning Jeremy first.

Jeremy was great! Would definitely use him again. He was prompt, friendly and did an excellent job using quality materials. I needed a new water line installed and his price was much more reasonable than the other two plumbers I contacted. Good price, good work and reliable!

The first time I used him he was quick, cheap, and reliable. Second time I called him he quoted me higher than what he did the first time and he made me feel like he didn't seem to have the time of day to fit me in. I called around and got someone else who wanted my business.

This guy says he is the last honest plumber ... BIG LIE ... what a waste of time and money. He breaks things on install, always taking new appliance apart to see what is inside and then the factory seals and settings are off. I had him put a hydrostatic shock absorber into the water line as an On Demand Hot Water heater was up on the garage wall.. He twisted it on so tight, and he knew he was twisting the bottom up riser pipe along with it .. till it snapped underground. Making for a water leak that took me a month to find out about on the water bill. I saw the red triangle spinning when al the faucets were off .. and then I found the leak way in the end of the line.

This guy is a waste of time and a waste of money ... have nothing to do with him is my recommendation to all of Sonoma County.
