I have an older shower system where the valve broke and got stuck. We called Jeremy. He got the job done quick and was very efficient. Even got it to where he installed a better shower head and that wasn't even the issue. Very reasonable and respectful. Left if clean as well, would hire him again fir sure.

Today I had a clogged toilet that would not respond to a plunger. Needed it fixed because I have company staying with me. Feeling totally frustrated I went out to run an errand and down the street I spotted the North Bay Plumbing truck. I went down to see if the plumber whose name is Jeremy had any tips for me. Long story short he had the time to take a look and took care of the problem in five minutes! And he didn't charge me a dime. The most I could get him to take was a cold seltzer on a scorching day. Long live Jeremy!

A couple of days ago both of my toilets plugged up and couldn't be unplugged, then they backed up into the bathtub and shower. I phoned one company who came out, failed to remove the clog, pushed an incredible amount of foul-smelling filth into my bathtub and shower, took my money, and left, telling me I need $5500 worth of work to remedy the problem. I phoned a second company that came the next day, took one look at the bathroom, didn't even bother trying to unclog the drain, and quoted me twice what the first company had quoted to fix it. I then phoned back the first company, convinced at that point that they offered the better deal, but they never phoned back so I called yet a third company. The fellow made an appointment to come out the next day then cancelled due to a medical emergency, but referred me to Jeremy. By this time I have been three days without a working toilet or shower. Jeremy came out within a couple of hours of my phone call, and cleared my drain. Everything works now.

To be fair to the others, he did recommend the same thing they recommended, e.g. installation of a two-way clean-out in the front of the house. I hired him to do it, as he did something both said could not be done, e.g. get my toilets and showers working again. BTW, his quote was quite reasonable.

And next time I have an issue, I'm phoning Jeremy first.
