He was easy to talk with and get the work scheduled. He did the job excellent and then showed me all the work he had done. He took his time especially on the shower because it was a tight fit, he wanted to make sure he did it right and I appreciate that he didn't just smash it out. I woke up to find my side yard flooded and my main line with a leak. I posted a request for service and Norcal immediately setup an appointment and evaluated the issue. Provided a couple of options to also minimize the impact to shutting off the water. I was a little nervous as I just had all new pavers installed about a year ago and the leak was coming from underground. Norcal was was very careful and caused minimal damage to effectively repair the leak. I would highly recommend and I have already scheduled for some minor plumbing projects to be completed next week.

My kitchen sink was clogged. Sent in a yelp request at 6 PM and Jay was at my house by 8 pm. He fixed the clog and tested the drain to make sure it was all fixed.
