Had another plumber come out, a big name here, said couldn't fix it call the city. SO meantime I have a main drain backing up an and can't run any water at all. This guy came out and had it going very quick. LOVE THIS GUY

Jay@Norcal Rooter has been awesome for our plumbing needs. He had done an excellent job with a leaking toilet, so when we had something come up with our kitchen faucet & garbage disposal (when it rains, it pours ; ), I contacted Norcal Rooter.

Jay provided options & was very transparent about what needed to be done. He scheduled time & completed the work, as promised. This was not only great for me, but very much appreciated by my wife (happy life).

He was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions. He came out quickly to give me an estimate the following day. He didn't try to up sale on things I didn't need, he was honest and transparent. He was easy to talk with and get the work scheduled. He did the job excellent and then showed me all the work he had done. He took his time especially on the shower because it was a tight fit, he wanted to make sure he did it right and I appreciate that he didn't just smash it out. He was very personable and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend him. Great guy, great plumber!!!
