He was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions. He came out quickly to give me an estimate the following day. He didn't try to up sale on things I didn't need, he was honest and transparent. He was easy to talk with and get the work scheduled. He did the job excellent and then showed me all the work he had done. He took his time especially on the shower because it was a tight fit, he wanted to make sure he did it right and I appreciate that he didn't just smash it out. He was very personable and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend him. Great guy, great plumber!!!

I woke up to find my side yard flooded and my main line with a leak. I posted a request for service and Norcal immediately setup an appointment and evaluated the issue. Provided a couple of options to also minimize the impact to shutting off the water. I was a little nervous as I just had all new pavers installed about a year ago and the leak was coming from underground. Norcal was was very careful and caused minimal damage to effectively repair the leak. I would highly recommend and I have already scheduled for some minor plumbing projects to be completed next week.

My kitchen sink was clogged. Sent in a yelp request at 6 PM and Jay was at my house by 8 pm. He fixed the clog and tested the drain to make sure it was all fixed. Gave me tips on how to avoid the issue going forward. Super nice and professional guy. I would highly recommend and I will be using Norcal Rooter again.
