This company came recommended by friends. I needed a new water heater, called in the morning and had the new one up and running by early evening. Great to deal with! I'll definitely be calling anytime I need plumbing work done.

Called this company because they were referred to me. I had a plumbing Emergency spoke to the owner. With an odd sense of humor! He was supposed to come look at the problem . But he was a NO Show, no call, no nothing! What the f..... Business they running! I'm not surprised no show! I don't recommend take your hard earned money some where else! Peace out!

I called on Sunday asked if anyone can come over and give me an estimate since I need a main pipe replace and spoke with Rafael and told me that they were going to come on Monday morning. Later I got a message that they had an emergency and they will come later. I waited all day and they never showed up. I called and send a text and
never reply to my message or call.
Really bad customer service. I understand if they had call me and let me know another day I would understand.

I can't say enough good things about Norcal Plumbing and Rafael. I few days after I moved to Woodland I walked into my garage to find the hot water heater had drained all over the floor. It was a holiday weekend and I had my granddaughter with me for the week.
My neighbor who is a well know contractor recommended I call Norcal Plumbing and even though it was a holiday weekend Rafael came to my rescue! He installed a new hot water heater and took the old damaged one away letting me concentrate on having fun with my 6 year old granddaughter.
Since then I have had Rafael several time to fix what I just fixed! Each time he answered the phone or text right away and came over most times the same day!
He is intelligent (diagnosed the problem right away), hardworking and kind. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Norcal Plumbing to anyone who needs good service and the issue fixed the first time. He is amazing and my forever plumber.

Very very disappointed in this company. A couple of times made an appointment not only didn't show up but also no phone call. I'm very understanding. If you're on another job it may take longer but at least call! I wasted a whole day of not getting my plumbing issue fixed. This happened yesterday, I had to cancel my plans for today plus other inconveniences. Late last night I called another plumbing company.

I had a sink emergency and was hoping I could find a plumber to come out the same day, but was having a hard time finding anyone. I called Nor Cal Plumbing and they were already on a job, but gave me some tricks to try, free of charge and they totally worked! I highly recommend contacting them for your plumbing needs! It is hard to find good, honest people willing to help in a time of need!

If you need a plumber, I recommend Rafael Chavez of Norcal Plumbing. He bailed me out twice. He responded right away and squeezed me into his schedule because my situations couldn't wait. The first was a toilet leaking on the floor and the second was a water heater. He immediately came for my water heater issue late on a Saturday evening and tried to re-light my pilot light. That didn't fix my issue and he came back first thing on a Sunday morning, with a new water heater, to get us hot water back. Thanks Rafael.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They were late to an appointment I made. They said they would show up the next day. They never did ! Extremely unprofessional and they lack work ethic .

I got charged 380 dollars to snake and fix a back up at my location. They ""fixed it"" only to find out that they did not fix it and have already left after payment. Had to resort to another plumber to get the job done. I felt scammed out of my money.
